Superb Madam. Usually in cakes in the wet ingredients they add milk and curd (which is not a good combination) and they also add baking soda which is also not good. This is not so in your recipes. I'm definitely going to try them. Thank you Madam.

I baked it at 180 degrees and kept it for 35-40 minutes, checking in between. It still did not bake well. Maybe it needs less temperature, or maybe this recipe is only suitable for the kadhai as the video teaches us. I would recommend sticking to the video and using kadhai haha. hope it helps.

I assume it’s under baked. Make sure to insert a toothpick in the centre of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. If the batter sticks to the toothpick, give the cake few more minutes to bake.

Thank you! You can use maple syrup instead or use jaggery powder/ coconut sugar/ stevia and adjust the quality of milk accordingly.
