PAM!!! Oh my! We just made these for dessert and they were so easy and so delicious!!! I can't have nuts so I used chocolate chips. My husband and teen son loved them. That little hint of coconut from the oil just completes these cookies. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

I hate to be the one to say it, but if it isn't totally natural it's not good for you. Recent research shows erythritol may be associated with an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death. Only real sweets is in your natural fruits and some veggies. Why? Because God made the food we should consume that is good for our bodies. I hope this helps someone. Much ❤️

Well i tried them. First mistake, i let my batter sit too long in the fridge. So i let it sit on the stove of the preheating oven to soften it up. Then it was too soft. So i put it back in the fridge after forming the cookie balls. Then flattened them and put them in the oven. The result? A sheet of cookies. It ended up like a granola bar but a flat sheet. I added flax, and used steel cut oats
Im not sure wherr i went wrong but the sheet is still really good so im eating it. Now i know how to make my own granola 😂😂

I just made these today, they were delicious like you said. I used canola oil because I didn't have coconut oil, added a few more oats and they tasted amazing. Thanks for this recipe, it will be my go too from now on. Even the dough uncooked was delicious!

Butter is healthy! Fat is what satisfies the hunger. I’m going to try this with butter, eggs, and molasses. Sugar, white or brown, is very unhealthy.

Hi Pam...Do you use coconut oil because it solidifies or can I replace with a different fat, e.g. butter or olive oil (like flavor)?

This recipe looks very customizable. I want to try it. The recipe description list “1/4 tsp of salt”. I watched the video twice to see if I missed it, but I didn’t see you add any salt. Is salt needed for the flavor of the cookies? Thanks.

I'm allergic to nuts. Nuts kill me. 😳 I was wondering if I could use coconut milk for the dairy or yogurt, and instead of pecans, rasins? I also think cinnamon would be good in it, too!
