@@sanjaverena32 oh wow, nice!! was it as good as it lokeed like? I just found that 1 tbsp is around 15 grams and 1 tsp = 5 grams. Im gonna try with this metric size and let you know 😄
Not really low calorie. 400-500 for a treat is about the same as serving of ice cream (1/4 of a pint of ben and jerrys chocolate brownie or a cup and a half of regular store bought) or two regular chocolate chip cookies. However these do have more nutrients and protein, meaning they will be more satisfying and actually filling. Low calorie is more like 250 or lower for a serving. Good recipes, but not that low calorie. A way to make them lower might be to use a zero/low cal sugar substitute in either crystal or syrup form to replace honey/maple and also use sugar free chocolate and low fat/ fat free versions of cream cheese and yoghurt, and last change the peanut butter to peanut butter powder and use a little water/milk or other liquid to help with consistency or just dash on top of the chocolate desserts.
I definitely get you, but I think her calculation are a bit off here I check on google the calories of a oat muffin and literally using the same amount in everything take away the maple syrup added up less than 70 calories. So I think she added it wrong. And just a side bit found out the there are less calories in maple syrup than honey. 😳

I think something that is seriously underrated is toasting ur oats, I make what I like to call oat loafs by making the batter in an old small square butter pan, I’ll put it in for two minutes in the microwave then take it out and flip it, then back In for another minute, then let cool and carefully move it to my toaster, then just toast until crispy and golden brown, perfect quick before class/work breakfast!
Amazing recipes!! Tried these recipes and they turned out to be super delicious. I used a new Clean Label Food Brand, True Elements Rolled Oats and they're pretty good. Would recommend to everyone to go for it. So far this is the only brand I've come across which doesn't use any refined sugar or preservatives or additives in their products and are still super tasty. I also would like to know this!
Can ao tell me the regular volume of these? Would be great if ay answers
Gorgeous presentation! It looks incredible & very flavorful! Loved the way you've prepared it, makes it look extremely inviting! Super healthy recipe!
Its a definite must try!!
Thanks for the Video and all the recipes 😊🤩 They all Look so delicious 😍🥰 I don't have Applesauce at Home. Do you use it as a replacement for eggs or for sweetening? So maybe I can use something else 😊 I'll definitely try some of the recipes soon 🤩
