    I wrote up a few of the recipes, so here u go 😇
    **peanut butter filled chocolate* *
    1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    \\BLEND
    2 tbsp plain yoghurt
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1.5tbsp maple syrup
    //BLEND
    pour 3/4 into a rammekin
    add 2 tbsp peanut butter
    pour rest of batter over
    //BAKE PRE-HEATED 20 MINS 180C
    add chocolate chips after if u want
    **chocolate chip cookie**
    2/3 cup rolled oats
    //BLEND
    1 ripe banana
    2/3 cup milk plant based
    1 tsp maple syrup or honey
    1/2tsp baking powder
    //BLEND
    pour into a ramekin
    add chocolate chips on top
    //BAKE 15 MINS AT 180C for gooey, longer if u want it cakey
    **brownie**
    1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    //BLEND
    1/2 ripe banana
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    //BLEND
    pour 3/4 into a ramekin
    add 1-2tbsp chocolate chunks
    pour rest of batter
    more chunks on top
    few chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
    //BAKE 180C 15-18MINS
    **chocolate lava**
    1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    //BLEND
    2 tbsp applesauce or plain yogurt
    1/3 cup milk
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    //BLEND
    pour in most of the batter
    add 1 tbsp nutella in middle
    1 tbsp semi sweet chocolate if u like
    add rest of batter
    //BAKE 180C 20-22MIN
    chocolate chunks on top, spread over as they melt
    **churos**
    1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
    1/2 ripe banana
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup almond milk (any works)
    //BLEND
    pour into a greased rammekin
    add a chocolate in the center. or 1 tbsp choc spread
    spread the batter over it so it's covered
    add your cinnamon sugar (in a separate glass, blend 1 to 1.5 tsp granulated sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
    //BAKE 180C 20 MINS

      Right! Like we get it by the title and thumbnail, that’s why we clicked it. I can usually skip at least the first minute of any youtubers video because it’s all just „hey guys, welcome back to my channel, so don’t mind my hair but today I thought I’d make a video about….“ and then they also love to talk about having a different background that day etc.

      My oat recipe is simple:. Cold uncooked oats, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and unsweetened almond milk!! YUM.

    for anyone who doesn't have as much time or an oven
    i made some of these in the microwave
    you can bake them for 1:30 - 2 min, depending on your microwave of course
    i think they turned out well, hope it helps :)

    I tried the first one and i loved it! I recommend keeping it a bit more than 25 minutes as it was still runny at the top

    I did the pb filled chocolate one and the apple cake they both came out really good. Can't wait to try the others. As quick as mixing up pancakes. Then throw in the oven.

    Just made the chocolate lava one, had to triple the Recipe & used smaller ramekins because I was serving 5 and it was just enough batter. I’ll have to try more of these recipes. Gave a follow.

    for my ref:
    1/2 cup of oats (pre blended)
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 ripe banana
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    3-4 tbsp blueberries

    I can’t wait to try baked oats they look so good! I’ll prob look for a lower calorie recipe tho just my personal preference. But I really like how she Cooked them till it was a more solid cake like consistency, I’ve seen several videos where after people Bake them there still really wet and soupy inside and I definitely would not like that, even when I have oatmeal I prefer it firm lol

      You can totally swap the honey for monk fruit sweetener or stevia though. That's what I do to reduce calories. And don't go heavy on greasing. I prefer using an oil spray and spray for about a second. And sugar free chocolate chips

      @@maddison5154 no it doesn’t at all I was sceptical about that too. To me since I used the banana instead of the apple sauce it tasted like a mix between apple pie and banana bread. I would definitely recommend it . Just cook it for 5 more minutes if you want it to be more cake-like.

    i tried the brownie baked oats and it was absolutely delicious omg!!!
    i will definitely try other recipes too!
    update: i tried the apple pie recipe too and it was so delicious!!!
    2nd update: so the peanut butter filled chocolate baked oats was gud as well!
    3rd update: i had cream cheese at home but no blueberry, but i really wanted to try the cream cheese one. So I replaced the blueberry filling with jam, and then when i baked a 2nd batch of it, i used the apple filling. They both were really delicious! and tha one with jam was the best!

    It was a little chewy because I didn't bake it enough but it was tasty i liked it
    My tips is
    Blend the dry ingredients first and then add the wet ingredients
    If you don't have a small container use muffins cups OR PAPER CUPS !

      @@chaerinsistas1935 this was a year ago (- ~ -) there's a yoghurt recipe and it tastes just as good. If you really want to use bananas add another flavours like strawberries, chocolate, blueberries.. i love bananas so i don't mind the taste

    I did change your recipes a bit,I'm diabetic so agave or honey and maple syrup are a nono for me because they spike my glycemic count so I substituted them with liquid monkfruit or swerve and that was good too.I also put in less banana then you did but I added a bit of cream cheese instead,I thought it was good but that depends on your taste.I liked the many ways you prepared these oats and thank you for all the sugestions.I loved your video,no nonsense jabbering and straight to the point.I subded.

      I just found that 1 tbsp is around 15 grams and 1 tsp = 5 grams. Im gonna try with this metric size and let you know 😄

    I think something that is seriously underrated is toasting ur oats, I make what I like to call oat loafs by making the batter in an old small square butter pan, I’ll put it in for two minutes in the microwave then take it out and flip it, then back In for another minute, then let cool and carefully move it to my toaster, then just toast until crispy and golden brown, perfect quick before class/work breakfast!

    is it possible to substitute the banana with something else ? like eggs or apple sauce?

      Ah i used a bit almond n coconut powder instead of yogurt (cuz i need add more sugar or honey and i dont want to) still yummy❤️
