I believe in Jesus in my heart by faith. Hell is hot and real. God made food, and honey , and milk. Jesus coming soon to reign on earth 1000 years in perfect peace, no more war, and DELICOUS FOOD. want proof? here it is. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:1-6 ********* And 3And many peoples will come and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us His ways so that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. 4Then He will judge between the nations and arbitrate for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will no longer take up the sword against nation, nor train anymore for war. Isaiah 2:4
      ***** and 6In Jerusalem,a the LORD of Heaven’s Armies
      will spread a wonderful feast
for all the people of the world.
It will be a delicious banquet
with clear, well-aged wine and choice meat.
7There he will remove the cloud of gloom,
the shadow of death that hangs over the earth.
8He will swallow up death forever!
The Sovereign LORD will wipe away all tears.
He will remove forever all insults and mockery
      against his land and people.
      The LORD has spoken!
9In that day the people will proclaim,
      “This is our God!
We trusted in him, and he saved us!
This is the LORD, in whom we trusted.
Let us rejoice in the salvation he brings!” Isaiah 25

$80 for a 10-coarse meal at that level is crazy good value, I would 100% go for that. Honostly, how can they break even on ~8$ per coarse with those kind of (dry aged) cuts?

    • @RodrigoFernandez-qf9iv
      @RodrigoFernandez-qf9iv 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +74

maybe cuz our minimun wage is around us$200 so $80 its actually insane amount of money for us, that restaurant is made for tourist no argentinian is gonna spend that much money on 1 food (10 plates is just marketing cuz of gourmet portions).
Also if u see the food is very basic, just meat, wine and charcoal and time, all cheap things here.

Doing tourism in Argentina is absurdly cheap, that is a fact, even for brazilians or chileans, but even more for europeans or americans. Also we are FAR from being the best producers of quality meat, not even talking about the low quantity compared to other countries and knowing the amount of space we actually have. And i wont get into why your statement about inflation is absurd, but i understand why and who you voted just by that comment, and i 100% respect that, it just happens that you are just not smart enough to understand how economy works at basic levels like fake deflation. And lastly, the quality of argentinian food, our food, is REALLY low, mostly in restaurants, of course you can make really good things in your kitchen, but you cant reach high standards if your produce is not good enough, we are not that lie anymore, we dont have the best meat, we dont have the best greens, we dont have the best fruits, understand that, and be content with what you have, its not the worst, but far from being competitive, meh, maybe meat is competitive, but its a long shot to say its the best, and keep in mind most of the meat you eat is not even from Argentina, its from Brazil, so there is that... think about it.

If you're still in Argentina, you have to film a chapter in an ordinary person's house. I assure you, they cook the asado better than any place you'll eat at. Even Messi prefers that. Or better yet, go to the countryside in Buenos Aires, about 30 km out, and you'll find a place better than the restaurants that still don't know how to make barbecue. By the way, excellent channel. Thymus is a normal gland in most mammals not just calves, it is one of the sweet breads. The thymus is a gland located in the front of the chest, behind the breastbone, and in front of the heart that produces and matures immune cells, especially T cells (T lymphocytes). T cells are a key part of the body's immune system, helping to fight infection, disease, and foreign substances. The thymus also produces a hormone called thymosin that helps develop T cells

The other Thymus is called " Molleja de garganta" Or Throat Thymus, this one is tinier, softer has a soft texture and is perfect to do with skewers or " Al Verdeo y salsa blanca " which translates to " Green onion and bechamel sause". This tipe of Thymus is what you ate on the last restaurant.

So he asks why Argentinians are so fond of a lot of cuts that are usually discarded. Short answer?
Our meat is really really good, but we, ourselves, are generally fairly poor on average, and that means that a lot of our meat? It gets exported. So we're left with the stuff nobody wanted. We learned how to cook it really well, to the point that very frequently they became popular among the rich and the price skyrocketed afterward. A lot of popular cuts became popular because they were cheap, and wound up becoming very expensive as they increased in popularity.
Also, in almost every "Parrilla" or asado focused restaurant, it's customary that you get served a ton of food, to the point that a "parrillada para dos", or what is theoretically food for two, can feed three or even four people.
For all those watching this and wondering: Yes, we really will go above and beyond to serve foreigners, because we take great pride in our food, and respecting it will go a very long way to earn our respect as a people.

So, that Asado expierience looks good but its impossible to afford for 90% of argentines. Just so you know, sweetbreads comes from 2 different parts of the cow, theres the gland next to the heart, the one you tasted and theres the gland on the neck which os the gland that generates the cows saliva. Sweetbreads are usually a step in an asado, not a main course, so, a complete traditional asado goes like this, you start with some cold bloodsausage with bread as a pre asado starter with Fernet, beer or some non alcoholic drink. Then the asado starts with chorizo, here you can add warm bloodsausage, followed by chinchulines (intestines), then sweetbreads, then usually asado (the meat cut), then vacio (you can also add bloodsausage here instead of after yhe chorizo), and then usually a prime cut maybe lomo or carre de cerdo.
