Stop promoting BetterHelp. How can you take money from them after all the shit they do? You can't be so daft you haven't hear about this by now. Stop preying on weak and ill people who need real help, not a hoax.
It's good to see Thuyen and Calvin again, just wished they could all be together. Found all the new pho ideas great and I'm specially curious about pho pillows and duck pho. I think I prefer listening to the original voices and reading eng subtitles, but great video anyway!
@@_Will___ absolutely no part of this is low effort and believing so makes you impossibly ignorant to content creation. Though I dislike the betterhelp sponsor as well

Thuyen YES!!! she's my favorite!!! her opinions are never veiled, I love that about her. (the moment she told that caviar farm owner that his lemony caviar isn't lemony at all is forever in my memory. legend)
Not a fan of the robot voice over. I would prefer either Sonny or someone else to dub over if subtitles are not feasible. Other than that, another great video that makes me wish i had the funds to travel 😁
i mean im a part vietnamese and i get your point but that "robot voice" is actually not that bad, yeah its loud but its a big upgrade for sonny to not mislead any words locally

Wow Thuyen definitely have graduated from Food Influncer School.... the words she used to describe the dishes are far more robust/advanced then when she first appeared in this channel... Congrats!
What a remarkable experience I had! The lobster pho at Pho 2000 on Le Thanh Ton in Ho Chi Minh City offers a distinctive take on the classic dish, merging the deep flavors of the broth with the delightful sweetness of lobster. It was an unforgettable meal, and I highly recommend trying it for a truly unique culinary adventure. Bon Appetit!
I swear dude looks like every cool substitute teacher ever.. the really reaaaaaalllyy cool ones that you had before so when u saw him in the classroom life was all of a sudden not that bad 🥲🙃
I clearly never had a cool substitute teacher! Editing this reply. Sonny would have been awesome though. Hello class, today we are having Pho. Since I was small town Canada "What the fuh...?" I did have a great English teacher and we watched Apocalypse Now in English class--I think in grade 12. That was awesome. Pretty sure that wouldn't fly today!!! I mean, oh wow, Hop on Pop by Dr Seuss has been banned. Alrighty.......
Wow! This video is amazing! I love how you explore such unique and creative versions of pho in Vietnam. Each dish has its own fascinating story, and the way you break down the preparation and enjoy these different types of pho makes me want to try them all right away! The seafood pho with lobster was especially impressive and luxurious. Thank you for bringing such an exciting and inspiring culinary experience. I’ll definitely be following more of your videos in the future! 👍
This was really cool. I like that previous cohosts/guests alone at some locations can broaden the scope of an idea to a full length video with losing out on sonny
They are also similar to Sopapillas from Mexico. It's so cool how different cultures in different parts of the world have so many cooking techniques and dishes that are similar in function, but also so different in taste.
Did yall give Thuyen a pre written script? I LOVE her because of how quirky and raw she is. She says exactly what she thinks and when she stumbles over the wording, it feels more authentic. Whatever yall did or told her to change, please go back. OG Thuyen was the best. This super professional sounding version of her feels... off. The food looked amazing but I couldn't focus because I was trying to figure out why her bit felt so different this time. Also, it's been said plent of times in the past. Your viewers DO NOT like the voice overs. WHY do yall immediately go back to adding them whenever yall think you need to step up the production value? The voice overs, the extra sound effects- it's not necessary and comes off as completely tone deaf. If it aint broke, don't fic it. Your viewers are telling yall exactly what they DON'T LIKE and yall are IGNORING it like one day it'll change, one day this crappy voice over will have more personality and charisma than Sonny. Please, get real. Yall have created one of the best channels on this platform and yet yall keep doing... this... 🤨
As a Chinese American I remember growing up and always going to this one local Pho place and always getting the roast duck pho. I loved it and I still go by myself.

Ok👍👍👍
Tried better help and was disappointed. Ranting with friends is better imo. Happy you got the sponsorship.
Great vid as always but the voiceovers were a bit distracting, preferred the subtitles so we can hear the chefs talk in their own voices!
Chill boy enjoy the show life is too short
@@lfishlegend I was wondering why it sounded so off this time!
I agree it takes away from the personalities of the chefs and creates an unnecessary separation.
Absolutely. I dislike voiceovers too.
It makes tthe show feel like a podcast, where I don't need to watch.
And I absolutely love to watch this.
Came here to say this! No need for voice-overs! Just subtitles are fine!
Thuyen and Calvin are back🎉. I'm so happy this trio are back.

My thoughts exactly! You beat me to it! And now I MUST have pho' for dinner tonight. 🍜

Agreed. Fun, engaging people and the three complement each other well with their food knowledge and personalities.

Some technical feedback: I don't think the AI voiceover works. It doesn't fit the tone. It would be better if Sonny just explains.
Rather just add subtitles or get a real person to translate.
It was a lot of subs. Thought it might be hard to follow.

is there a way to make that robot voice optional? hearing the native language adds to the experience. that voice is just loud and out of place
