Maybe this would be a helpful tip towards your cleans. As a warmup/ repetition practice idea you could use go ahead and pick up just the bar and figure out where your “bump” placement would be on your body. And that placement would be where the bar hits when you are standing straight and letting the bar hang in your hands. Most likely it’s right below your hip flexors. And one you find that spot from there you would draw your hips back and explode forward multiple times to practice that “bump” motion and contact with the bar. I give you this tip because it seems like you are trying to bring the bar to you instead of it just falling right in place. That “place” being your collar bones (also know as the end position of a clean). And I believe you pulling your body towards the bar is a result of the current “bump” placement seems to be too low. In the video it shows just above your knees. You even noticed your wrist pulling the bar outwards which is your body pulling that bar way too much. Just like a dead lift the bar should remain against your body all the way up until your hips pull back and bump the bar UP into a high pull and catching at the bottom so the bar just falls into place. It’s common for taller people to just straddle your legs and hop back together as you do in the video but once you master the technique you’ll gain a personal best.
those tennis shoes could be the issue in performing your cleans to much cushion creates instability for the toes and throws off your timing. Also try thrusting the weightless bar at the hip in dramatic form for reps to get a feel for timing
I love the commentary while you workout! It's nice to see the thought process of an athlete
