I'll be honest, when i saw the title, i came in with the impression of you talking smack about others whilst you do your workout but this was quite wholesome. I apologize for my assumption and thank you for being so light hearted and sweet.
to make it easier to put weights onto the bar you can put a small plate on the ground, roll the bar onto it so the first plate you put on is now standing on it and then all the other plates you want to put on slide on easily because the bar is elevated!
If you wanna have an easier time sliding in the plates, just get a tiny weight plate, roll the plate you have on the bar over it, now you got a bit of distance off the ground so you can slide any other plates onto the bar easier.
Pro tip: slide a 5 or 10 lbs weight under one 45 weight and make sure the bar is secure, add the second 45, then switch sides with the small weight. That extra inch allows you to You fit the 45 on either side so much more easily.
I love how she misses counts and to us it looks like she’s just saying random counts to make herself feel better of course she is actually working out but just makes me smile lol
‘Entire lower extremity’ ive nvr actually understood that before 😲 and especially seeing it w/o the weight i saw how much lower back and legs was also going into it, until now i rly only assumed it was a glutes isolation exercise
I hate trying to get those bigger weights on to the bars.. i dont have the biggest palms so its hard and its so easy to fcuk up your back etc doing that

I am not even in the level that can do hip thrust though I would love to. In my eyes, there is no better exercise for bubble hips than this.
My biggest problem when doing hip thrusts is the part of my back where I'm leaning on the Bench :(

An easier way to put that second plate on...use a 2.5 on floor and roll the first plate onto the 2.5. Slide second plate on with ease.
