ur start is CRAZYY‼️ this off-season grind and overload on ur acceleration workouts cause that’s like ur only weakness cause u get out great then get hawked or passed later on great work though fashoo🤝‼️

I'm going to participate at a special Olympics in my schdo. You have any tips for me? I'm going to run tracks, but I'm not as fast even if I don't win. I'm going to have fun and be happy, but do you have a tip? I can try to win because I play soccer but I'm not a track runner, but I can run pretty fast but not for a track runner. Maybe if I practice I could have been a great track runner like you but I could learn from you. But I just would love if you gave me tips.Cause you're my favorite
I bitched out on my run today, I still ran it but the motivation wasnt there- glad for my discipline but then i watched this and saw u fighting for 3 days straight and realized i was bitchinggg

That’s why I was curious about the headgear. I don’t think I’ve seen them in non-beach sprinting. Anyways… Congrats!
I don’t know if it applies to this video but what app does she use to check her performance that says like idk 69% and tells her she’s ready to perform?
Surf lifesaving tradition in Australia the colours of the cap represent the club you run. Think of it similar to a swimming ‘cap’ that swimmers use, the lifesavers ‘use’ it when in the ocean.
I look at your physic and training, and I ask myself, how does anyone beat this girl? Then there are 4 who do and I am like wow... Just want to say : ) much resepct & a lucky man is your bf. Haha
