    Thank you for another great video!
    I don't know if it's because of my low quality built-in speakers, but the audio was very “imbalanced”. Music was louder than your voice in some segments. Voiceover was quieter than sound in the shots where you're talking directly to the camera, etc.
    That aside, I really liked the video. Short and to the point!

      Thanks for the feedback! You're right, we did have some issues with the sound quality due to mic malfunctioning when trying a new mic. Hopefully it's not an issue in the future!

    How would i incorporate this into a weekly session including my sport training (soccer). Do i do all of this in one day or split it up?

  • @omarhassan1889
    @omarhassan1889 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

    I can't do sports no more because I've gotta do life work etc side hustling family my times gone but I do train like a athlete I prefer to have a decent amount of muscle and can run rather than be big and can't do much

    I was used to training exactly like this but this is not health on long term (joints and ligaments) so at 48 yrs old I quit all of this and changed to bodyweight training only. Nowadays I am training 6 x week, playing bball 3 x week and no more joints pain or delay onset muscle soreness.

      Actually, you might want to consider some of what he is recommending. Bodyweight training is okay, what are you doing to prepare for basketball? The things he is doing in this video prepares you for explosive, plyometric activities like basketball. If you're not doing this stuff, you're actually increasing your chance of injury.

      Working out is only 25 percent of the work, you have to eat a ton to put on size and muscle. I’m guessing your young so I’d take advantage of that and eat basically whatever and a lot of it. Try to avoid cake and chips and stuff like that but if you need to slam down some pb and j’s or chocolate milk do it! You’ll put on size fast if you do this.

    • @collindillman2029

      Also make sure your getting enough protien and I REALLY recommend creatine. It’s up to you on that but it has made my recovery from being sore crucial.

      @@tthugginitoutdirty bulking is never a good idea. The only possible scenario is if you DESPERATELY need to gain mass and don’t care if it is fat.
      Take a couple months more, respect your body.
