This is so true. Those online weight calculators are so harmful because they are usually so inaccurate. What this person muscle mass and fat mass were was so interesting. It's clear that for her personally, 110 pounds would have been far too low.

Great video! Actually being in treatment made it worse for me because I was always released from treatment at bmi 20 and that is just not where my body wanted to be. I had to let my body do her thing so I could find mental freedom and food freedom. Sending love to everybody from LA! xo 🤗👍❤💕💕💕

Yes!! Sometimes that “ideal” weight in treatment or the weight insurance decides can really become a fixation.

I am so grateful for these videos; I never realized how many harmful and incorrect ideas I had about weight until you put them under the microscope!

Is there a certain weight or what determines if someone needs inpatient versus outpatient treatment?

It depends what country you are in. But that's not the only criteria for needing inpatient. It's usually more to do with being medically unstable. Such as poor blood test results. Your pulse rate being too high or too low. Your blood pressure being too high or too low. Your physical symptoms. Etc etc etc. The list goes on.
