    Hi! This was a great video and I will try this out. I've been struggling with overeating and binge eating, which leads to me purging my food out. How can I stop this horrible cycle? It's more so the purging I'm concerned about.

      Hi Jayde, you should definitely get set up with a dietitian and a therapist. It sounds like you could use some professional support to overcome the disordered eating.
