Congrats on Ruby passing, well done, you deserve it after all the work youve done
Thanks buddy it was great to get the game rolling :)
Great that it's passed the MOT as it should after all the work you've done. Amazing.
Thanks Adam it's always never a given but always a relief to get the hurdle over with
Well done fiesta and Andrew of course
thanks buddy, it is still touch and go on the day :)
Glad to hear Ruby as passed the mot. Your car looks good now after all the work you have done on her. Well done.
Cheers Michael:)
Nice old car - Thanks 🤓
No problem 👍 glad you enjoyed the video :)
Good to hear ruby passed the mot after all the work you have done to her but I couldn't have small engine automatic gearbox one myself I've all ways drive manually but still a nice fiesta MK3 👍
Thanks buddy :)
Just change the oil stem seals (put air line down plug hole pressure keeps valve close so no need take head off.)good to go. Andy oh my baby oil on car before you paint oh dear hope it dose not cause a reaction all good you know the score 😇
Baby oil on the bumper. Which is coming off for paint so no issue here?! Also I've already changed the stem seals to some improvement but as you can see there is some blue. Probably piston rings from sitting.
@@usuallyfixingtinkering good stuff. Keep up the good work.
thanks buddy, its narrowing down the niggles now. Like blue smoke, I don't intend to change piston rings as the engine runs so sweetly now but Im hoping to monitor the level of oil burning and see through a few methods whether I can reduce this a little. I do feel that some of this burning is old choke sitting intop of the valves. If I ever have to take the head off for some reason, clean-up and grind back in will be done but until then it'll just be used and driven gradually more over the next year.
yay congrats on the pass! right selling and buying another now? haha
You never know lol!
