      That's some impressive miles!
And if you NEED to drive a truck everywhere that's great, but the thing that gets me is the cost of gas over that period. At $2.50 gas and 15 mpg, you're looking at $80k!
If you got 30 mpg you'd have saved 40k!? That's why I say get an old truck for hauling and leave it parked, and drive a car.
Unless your ego depends on driving a truck ;)
Edit: or if you just like paying extra to drive a truck that's fine too, just make sure you don't end up broke with no retirement because of it!

Common issues I've noticed are the 4wD actuator can fail. Its a 200(ish) dollar part, and the O-rings in the coolant line to the radiator can wear out before 100k. O-rings are like 5$.
Overall that truck runs like a champ.

Also, I have the Gen3 5.0 with the A10 Transmission. You need to check if you have a sticking Exhaust Cam Solenoid. It changed the whole car, once they replaced the exhaust side cam exhaust solenoids. It was making a ting sound and sticking when checked by Ford. All under warranty. Once that repair was done. The car drove like a different horse all together. No longer this odd self pull when hitting the gas and letting off. It would seem like it still wanted to keep pulling you.
