    Great video 🤓!!! Last year in February 2023, I acquired my new 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 which has the 4L NA flat six cylinder engine (same unit as a GT4) and a PDK gearbox. Power output (394 bhp) and torque (317 lb-ft) are a nice match to this car's sensible curb weight (~3200 lbs). The color is Gentian Blue metallic with a black/chalk all-leather interior and silver wheel rims. It's definitely an entertaining driver's car!
    So far, I've only done 452 miles but hopefully a lot more this coming Summer! The PDK is also a lot of fun (it's definitely quick) 🤓
    All the best and thanks again from Colorado!

      Thanks for the great comment & feedback!
      Just from your description, I can tell that your car looks amazing! 😍
      I have plans to review both a 718 Cayman & Boxster GTS 4.0 in the coming weeks. So definitely come back to watch those once posted!
      Thanks again from Los Angeles!

    Fun video and seeing again how the cars character can change so dramatically. That active valve option with the press of a button regardless of any other driving mode looks pretty sweet!

      Thanks so much for the support! Yeah I love that the active exhaust valve is a dedicated button!

    Amazing! My dream car is a 911, very nice! My friend told me I needed to get a cayman instead of the Type S :P Did i choose wrong? Hahah, but I can't love the back end, it's not too bad, but I'd take it if someone gave it to me hahahha!
    Seats are only a cool 6000 bones! The redline reminds me of Teggy R and Naturally aspirated as well! One thing I love about both cars is the SOUND! Acura should be feeling pretty amazing that they have done such amazing engineering even after all these years!

      Great comment and feedback! Yes, at the time of purchase the seats were a $5,900 option! You definitely chose an awesome car! Both cars are amazing, and if you can afford the GT4, I would say go right ahead… but the ITS is a little more than a third of the price, and still offers an awesome driving experience! It’s like a front wheel drive Porsche!

    The car drives amazingly well for the street and track. However, im not a fan of the mcpherson suspension on all corners of the car. The frunk could have been sacrificed for front double wishbones.
    Also, if Porsche can make a 4.0L, 24v engine in 2024. Why couldn't Honda. :(

      @Drive_Culture  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for the comment! Yeah it’s pretty amazing how well it rides, but I agree, I could only imagine if they used double wishbone like the new GT3! As for Honda, this is my personal channel, so can’t speak to that, but one can only wish! 😂

    so better manual than your type S? keep it real..

    • @Drive_Culture
      @Drive_Culture  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for the comment! If I’m keeping it real, it’s basically a tie! 🤣 The shifter feel is actually maybe better in the ITS, but the clutch feel & pedal placement in GT4 is crazy good!

    Just because the GT3RS is a racecar for the streets doesn't mean the GT4RS is. Even if you're clickbaiting. It's no better than the previous generation GT3RS. The only thing it has is better weight distribution. Carbon ceramics and more aero don't make it a racecar for the streets, but thd activr aero on the 2024 GT3RS, the carbon fiber panels of which theres more. Makes the GT3RS more of a capable car the the GT3 racecar.

      Thanks for the comment & feedback. In this video we review “just” a GT4, not a GT4 RS or a GT3 RS. Those are awesome cars though. Let us know if we should try to review more hardcore cars like those.
