Not to mention tires, insurance, and premium fuel. Especially Bentley and S class. You have to have a big wallet of cash ready to burn during service appts after you buy that.

@@MG-bv3vu I just replaced the soft close door actuator. $500 fix. Luckily it too was covered under the extended warranty I purchased.
I’ve learned you pay to play. These cars are a steal bc the maintenance is so severe. Hence the extended warranty being worth it’s weight in gold. I spent $5000 on the extended warranty and have spent $100 on the deductible covering $7500 worth of service. The BMW loaner isn’t bad to have while it’s down either.
The car is magnificent, but it comes with a maintenance demand. A very high demand at that. So be it. Pay to play.

No kidding. The reason they depreciate so fast is because everyone knows they become money pits. My parents had an Audi A6. Lasted a little over ten years before it required a repair that cost more than the car was worth. Went to the junk yard. Got other horror stories from people I knew that owned VWs and BMWs. You get a Honda or Toyota or even some American cars and they are just getting broken in at that point. Korean cars are getting quite good as well. And if they do break down you won't have to mortgage the house to get them fixed.

As much as I liked this list let me give you a very ideal deal
Genesis G90 Ultimate ( trim level ) is roughly below 80K brand new ! Instead of buying a used Maserati or Bentley a BRAND NEW Genesis is a better deal than a used European luxury car so basically why would you go for brand recognition? In reality it’s the sole reason for many people when they buy this car when other cars offer the comfort the luxury and all the features brand doesn’t matter tbh

crazy depreciation is US thing … I just bought 2015 Mercedes S550 with 80K miles for $30K … it was $130.000 new … one owner , elderly retired couple .. bought it from Porsche dealer who serviced it , and provided all Carfax records … car looks and drives like new … that same car would cost me $80K in Europe … main thing to remember is maintenance, or even better , preventive maintenance, you need to stay on top with service and repairs if needed … Mercedes are selling in Europe for big bucks with 300K - 400K miles all day long … I took new Camry and RAV4 for test drive , it was like driving a wheelbarrow compared to S class … Toyota, Honda etc are good cars but boring as hell … nobody ever dreamed to own Toyota , many dream about owning S class or Bentley… bottom line , it’s apples and oranges, I wouldn’t trade my S class for 5 Toyotas

This sounds incredible but why don't you tell everyone how much their repair bills will be? Explain to everyone that when you buy a $100,000+ supercar for half the price or even less, when you need to repair it, which will be REAL soon, you aren't fixing a $50,000 or less car, you are fixing a $100,000+car.
An oil change that would normally cost you between $50-$100 will cost around $500! That's just an oil change. When you need to drop $10,000-$17,000 to replace the turbos 😳 shit gets real. And then all the lights turn on & don't turn off on your dash $$$$$$
