Please guys try to know how to wear them right. It took me almost 3 weeks to realize that I was wearing them wrong. I had to realize that the silicon tip that came with it was too small for me. I changed to the larger pair but still wore the buds wrongly. When I finally wore it right, I was like a deaf that heard sound for the first time. I was surprised how tightly and comfortable it sat. So tight, I slept with it, ran with it, yawned, chew, shook my head... 1. The silicone tip you choose is very important, don't just settle for the one that it came with. 2. Make sure the silicone surface is lying totally flat without any visible part peeking at you when you look at your ears. Note: My mistake was that the silicone was not totally flat, I was always seeing a portion of it. I hope I helped. This really, really fits. It's surprising!
This! Seriously, it's either the fitting, the phone, or that people genuinely need to get their hearing checked because I can barely turn it pasta quarter volume on my phone and it's too loud.

Changing to Volume Down on the Left increased the volume significantly. Samsung tech couldn't even help me with this. I was afraid I was going to have to return the second pair AGAIN THANK YOU!

Hi, I have an issue where my daughter has turned my volume down by using the touch control on my left earbud is there anyway that I can turn it back up. The left earbud is almost completely quiet now

you dont turn them off. If you want to pause a song you tap it. If you want to actually "turn them off" you put them in the case and close it. it automatically disconnects.
Thanks for the tip - will this change be *Saved* in the buds forever after, even if I am not connecting to a phone? For example, if I am connecting the buds to a TV via blutooth and the phone is OFF, will I be able to lower or increase the volume in the buds from the TV using this or it will have reverted to default?
i got this as a gift with N20 but man oh man! my virgin ear never been open wided than before. it hurts so bad than i couldn't continue anymore. so for small ear i think tick to buds +. i wish icon x will make a comeback

OMgG!!!! I just changed the rubbers from small to big I was like this can’t be so quite… and changed it and the earbuds came to live ! Why does it only sounds good with the bigger rubbers only tho? 😮😮😮
Hi Ive just bought buds+. How do I increase volume when watching TV? I'm using them on my Samsung curve TV only sitting around 6 feet away and the volume and quality is poor. How do I use the Samsung app to control the volume also the actual quality is choppy.
Have a closer look at your bean buds. They may be in the wrong ear. The little raised bit does not go down near the ear canal like other buds do. I could not get the volume to work until I realised I had them in incorrectly
Do the buds live play media? It connects to my phone and it connects to audio but say for example I'm watching a video on Facebook or what's app, the media doesn't play
