Exactly what I was thinking! Everybody else are just comparing these tws with in-ear tws and not understanding that these buds live in particular are made for an specific market, the ones that dont like or arent comfortable with in-ear design. These still are the best in its category.
The sound and fit is great. Im just having connection issues. My left bud will randomly loose connection and sometimes both. I have a new galaxy s8+ that is updated fully. Im just frustrated and hope Samsung sends codec updates.
@@ektasix And I'm one of them. I actually already have a pair of wireless earphones, the Jabra Elite Active 75T, but they're in-ear. They feel a bit too chunky for my liking and it feel like shoving a pair of hardened cotton buds down my ear canals. I really don't like it and so when I saw these Buds Live, I really wanted one. We need Buds Live 2.
OMG, you're a genius and the first reviewer ever to tell me this. I've hated these as they constantly disconnected or went out of sync. Turned out I was pushing them into my ear channel. When I pulled them back to the outer lip of my ear they connected, synced and play amazingly!! You fixed a problem for me no one else ever mentioned in any review I've seen. Subscribed and liked!! Hi, I just bot them about 4 days back, having a real struggle with them. Unless I push them into my ear, the sound doesnt feel rich (it feels hollow, lacking punch). And if I place them the way he/you are mentioning, it feels like theyre just gonna fall off anytime. I thot these buds would seal the ear canal and deliver crisp, crystal quality (which it does, when used the Wrong way!!!). I tried changing the w/tips too, but doesnt seem to help. Feel like I totally made the wrong purchase and should have gone for something with a more in-ear conventional design :(
the comfort is true, my ears HURT so much cause I was shoving it in, after watching the official video of how to put it in properly, I can go on wearing the beans even for dayssss
YEAH i hard agree with this, everyone just shoves it into their ear and it hurt so much and my ear started scabbing from the inside and I was this close to returning them until I saw this.

After 2 years that this was released, I finally bought it because I switched to Samsung. All I can say is you are absolutely right - If you hate it, you are doing it wrong. This half in ear is the best bass I have ever used after Airpods 2. Awesome review as always. (Yes, I'm 1 year late. Lol)

I've been using them for 8 months and love them for their comfort and sound quality especially its bass. I can wear them for hours and forget they're even there even if I'm not listening to anything. They presence does not block my listening to converdations.Thank you Kenneth, I love your unbiased and very professional videos.

I'm using it for past 6 months... very very wonderful bro... it was hurting me for 2 days in fitting... but now its perfect... I didn't expect this much of sound quality and noice cancelling... worth buying
I just bought these 2 days ago and Woww, these are absolutely the best sounding audio in any earbuds I've ever heard in my life! Mind completely blown by the amount of bass they are able to produce
I bought them almost directly after I found out about them. Up to now I only used some nice chi-fi earbuds and IEMs, and they're all great, but these Live's are just best of all worlds. Amazing sound, while at the same time not losing connection to the outside world. I can easily have IRL conversations while wearing them, no problem. The noise cancellation is bizarre, when I'm in the train it's like the train's engine and airco are suddenly turned off and I get this eerie silence, while I can still hear people talk easily. I love it! Although I would've like an option for full spectrum cancellation too. Anyway, the main reason I found them was because I was looking for good earbuds that also had really good microphone quality for calling or, online meetings. This may not be important to everyone, but it's nice to know that in that aspect these earbuds are amazing too. Microphone quality is top. There just doesn't seem to be a downside to these things. Very happy with them and I probably won't be using any of my other buds much anymore, if at all.

I know this video is uploaded 3 years ago,but i got the buds live last year as a free gift when i bought the S23 ultra, and i just put them in my drawer after trying them once. I ride bike wherever i go,to work,to shop,around the world? I started to use earbuds that has ambient mode because i keep missing calls and at the same time i want to hear my surrounding too. Its dangerous to use ANC while on the road especially when you are riding bike or walking. So i bought the Realme Buds 2 Neo when it first came out and it works for me. Then i saw the Sony XM4 in sale,from RM 1.2k drop down to RM650 and i quickly bought it before it raised up again as i wanted those for so long. I have the WH 1000 XM4 already so i got both headphones and the buds. The sound is excellent and the ambient mode is excellent too,no doubt. The problem is it is big so it sticks out your ears and plus it is using foam tips so when you wear a helmet it is in the way. After some time using thinking then i remembered i got the buds live. I tried and boy this is the thing that i dont know i needed for a long time. I can take calls,listen to podcast when im in long ride,listen to my surrounding without ambient mode which uses more battery,wear and take off my helmet without buds falling off,good comfort,still talk to people like normal. So good. Im loving this damn thing. For riders,i recommend these buds live it is the best for you. Try it and you wont be going for a ride without it.
I've had my beans for about a month now, and I was having an issue with the wingtips. the small size feels too loose, and the bigger size feels uncomfortable after a little while. I'm not sure if I'm not positioning them correctly or something like that. I recently ordered the 'protective sleeves. along with the smaller wingtips, my beans fit my ears PERFECTLY now!!!
@@laelisa_ mine didn't I ended up having to take mine off I have very small ears and they helped tremendously with fit but the only drawback is if the sleeve slips to the side you can't hear anything but once you get it dialed in and comfy im a happy happy girl makes grocery shopping more enjoyable for sure!!! I'm getting a pair for 45€/53$ and I'm a lot happier with my purchase thanks to you. At first I simply had to get them because I can't deal with the more plug like designs burrowing into my ear. Now I know they're actually good devices contrary to what people say on the internet.
The one that sold me is how well they perfectly fit my ears. And I don't care about the noise canceling as long as it fits my ear without falling out. With decent quality music. I'm all for it.
These are by far the most comfortable. I love these even over the pro's. I just wish these had the same voice recognition and lower themselves just like pro's. Samsung simply update please. Thanks for the good honest review.

Watching with my galaxy buds live 😅 the best part of these is the design, I don't like buds that had to go into the ear,these feel like old school headphones but wireless, just great. I bought the mystic bronze ones,they look so pretty.
What if my earphones are new and just opened but the left one doesn’t work or charge either ? Like I charged them but only the right one connects the left one doesn’t make any sounds or anything not even when I touch the left earbud it doesn’t do anything?
I’ve had a few surgeries on my right ear as a kid and I can’t fit a regular in ear headphone. I just got these today and they’re perfect plus I can hear my surroundings. 👌
I have had my Buds Live for over a year and I love them as my go to TWS earbuds. I own the Airpods pro too but these are better in some aspects. Thanks for a very detailed review Kenneth.

Great review! I really like design of the earbuds only sound leakage was biggest downside and why I'm skipping these buds. Everything else almost perfect including price. Hopefully we will see same design but without sound leak.
Yeah, I've been in live with my buds live ever since I got them back on launch week. Their bean shape makes them so damn comfortable and the ANC is actually fine imo. Hopefully more people buy it so its frowned upon by the apple fanboys. I'm getting tired of my friends thinking I'm dumb for getting "android airpods"

I just got these because my other wireless ear buds were skull candy ones and they HURT my ears and the silicone bit that is supposed to keep the buds in my ears would slip off the buds constantly even when I wasn't talking or moving. I have small ears so in ear buds typically hurt my ears, so I was excited to try these and at first I was frustrated because after a little bit these buds hurt me ears and so I found your video looking for a solution. Thank you so much for the review, it made me realise I was treating these like IN ear buds instead of where they should be, I will say it feels weird, like the buds are going to fall off my ears and yet I can shake my head and exaggerate jaw movements and they sit perfectly in my ear, its just gonna take a bit of time to get used to this feeling and not worry that they are going to fall out- because they have been designed not to fall out and to sit barely in the ear.
Bought this one 3 months ago and I saw this, I can Say I have made a right decision. This indeed sounds great and exaxtly what have you said in this video. I also like its looks and being unique among other TWS. Its different in a way.

I read reviews that they don't hold in sound. I didn't experience that problem. I tested a pair of Galaxy Buds Live few weeks ago and passed on buying them because the volume was extremely low compared to some jlabs I was using. Yesterday I noticed that the problem was with my phone not the earbuds. I connected a Bluetooth speaker to a different phone and noticed it was much louder than on my phone. So I had to download a volume booster app and it solved the low volume issue. I went and bought the Lives this morning and am thoroughly satisfied with everything about them. Only thing I don't like is how you can't mix the long touch controls. Using volume will automatically set volume to the other. I was trying to mix two different settings but they won't let you. But I have a workaround. The widget lets me turn noise cancellation on and I can use voice control for my assistant. I wanted to use long touch for assistant and volume down. So now I can keep volume on the buds use widget for noise cancellation and say ok Google for assistant. Not quite perfect but no major issue. They are extremely comfortable. The jlabs start digging in you after awhile. The round contours on these won't allow them to dig into your cartilage like most other buds. On the back side of the jlabs I would have to lift them up so they're not resting directly on the ear after so long of wearing them. Not major pain but noticeable and something I could do without. And the buds start losing grip once you get sweaty and a little wax starts creeping down. Makes them easier to slip out. These beans DO NOT MOVE no matter how sweaty you get. They don't rely on anything sticking in your ear canal for support. They naturally fit and comfortably rest in the contours of anyone's ear. As for the sound it is awesome. The jlabs would get inconsistent sound with songs with lots of sounds or heavy bass. These things sound amazing no matter what I throw at it. And the sound is much more crisp and clean than the jlabs. I wore them walking down the street and was not bothered by any sound leaking in. I was worried about this after reading several reviews so I guess my ears are the perfect fit for these things. Which is great because I've always had issues with keeping buds in my ears. These new in ear buds are much butter staying in place but as I said before getting sweaty can make them easier to slip out. But these beans otoh do not budge no matter how much you shake or how sweaty you get. The jlabs also had terrible touch response. The touch response on these is perfect for all purposes of intent.
I love the galaxy buds live because they don’t hurt my ears, since you aren’t shoving buds INTO your ear. These stay just out your ear canal where it won’t cause discomfort due to air pressure, or hurting ears due to direct sound inside . LOVE THEM!

Even after months, I still find its design very interesting but kudos to them for not copying Airpods design to achieve the same open style experience. Really want to try it out but the display in their showrooms mostly tied to security cable, ugh. But, tbh I think my Buds+ is still the better all-rounder, for cheaper price too. One thing I don't understand is why they cannot put the volume control using accelerometer option like Buds+, I really love it, truly game changer for me. Good video 👍🏼
Agree with everything that you said, I think Buds+ will be better for most, and it’s a shame they couldn’t do the same accelerometer thing here but overall the Buds Live is really something unique for those who love half in-ears ✌🏻
Hi, I am hesitating to get this one or Buds+ as you mentioned here. The main concern for me is Buds+ doesn't have ANC right? Would you mind to share your experience using buds+ if the silicone/design or anything while you're using it so far gave a bit of noice cancellation? (PS: I never have nor ever try any earbuds with ANC before). Thanks btw!

Kenneth, YOU NAILED IT on this video. I've used the Buds live for a few months and I'm extremely happy with them. They give what you say. The greatest bass for an open ear design but not only that. It's what I call a strong, sweet "wet" bass. I have many other headphones and earbuds wired and wireless and the "swettness" of this bass is incomparable. Bc I liked them so much I bought the galaxy buds pro which are great also in everything but have a super deal breaker which is their design. They don't stay in my ears, I have to be fixing them every couple of minutes or every time I talk or move my mouth or they will fall. I'm waiting for a good succesor to them. The Buds 2 don't have the same quality. Thanks Kenneth.
Something nobody really talks about is the fact that for anyone with small ears the Lives will push on the cartilage of the ear and be uncomfortable after a while. I must have the smallest ears because people around me tried them and they fit like a glove so I was so sad to be sending them back. The design is great and I was really looking for a non in-ear bud
@@Maria-um1qc I tried with the 3rd generation AirPods but the funny thing is that when I contract my face muscles they just pop out so I have to be serious and not move too much or they’ll fall out
I have small ears and almost returned these. I switched to the larger silicone pads (thanks to advice from another video) that explained the larger pads give better cushion - he was right! I haven't had an entire day with this change, but the time I tested, it's been comfortable.
the earbuds don't hurt inside my ear they hurt the top of my ear and only on the left side i've tried so many different positions but i have not been able to find a comfortable one yet after a week

Gave these a go. I can definietly appreciate how good they sound. But for my ear anatomy it just doesn't work. If I wear those as intended, the sound is sort of cut-off, because the nozzle(?) is partially covered by my ear. I have to shove them in to get them to sound right. If I do so the comfort goes out of the window. My 2 cents - if you can get a free return, go for it. If not, I wouldn't risk it.

I love them... Mystic blue color is cool, they wont tire out my ears, they are not stuck inside the depths of my ear (main reason I hate in-ear earphones), i can hear my surroundings & they sound AWESOME 💟

Hi ken. Chose to visit a mall again and there they were. Snapped a pic for reviewing and your grasp of WHAT designed for is sublime.😊 I didn't buy yesterday because due dilligence compels me to resesrch first. Top of my list of all the Samsung earphones I checked. Best of all I walk the road and wish to hear surroundings. Helps cheaper than other SS earpieces. 2023 will compliment my a53 celly nicely.

I have received my Galaxy Buds Live and well, I am dissapointed. Especially with the sound over which everybody went crazy. I ain't an audiophile but this just does not sound good AT ALL. My main weight is on the shape and comfort which also lacks the expectations. I could live with the comfort if the sound was better but both being below expectations, this will go back to where it came from. Otherwise it's neat and there is nothing wrong about your review. I loved it!
even if this is a year ago.. price of the samsung buds live has gone down around $107.. so having it compared to the soundcore liberty 3 pro which would you choose?
I argued and warned people on headfi about the fit for this GBeans when it just released. I told them don't shoved it like a regular iem because we are so used to do it. I also use the normal EQ on the wearable app. Still using the beans until now. Subscribed!
I can answer on regular call but can’t answer on apps call like WhatsApp call or Messenger call. It works fine with my iPhone but it’s not working with my android.

Those earbuds really changed my life,i found it cheap close to 50 euro and i was thinking if i should buy the pro or live,maybe pro is the better merchandise but live too are very good and cheap now and are very beautiful and it fits so good in my ears :)
Hi, does anyone facing connectivity issues ? When I pair them with my laptop it seems like they lagging even from 1 meter distance. (maybe it's my laptop which is 10 years old). Also I'm having problems when listening to music or talking with someone when my phone is in a back pocket (left earbud wants to disconnect). Also Samsung states that listening range is almost 20 meters. It's even hard to get 5 meters at home also if I would cover my ear with a hand, earbud immediately disconnects. Has anyone dealt with similar problems ?

Please help me. When I put the two Galaxy buddy life together. The left side auto turns off, even if I turn it on, in a matter of seconds it turns itself off. I've tried everything. The batteries are fine. I know that, because if I connect only the left earphone, I can spend hours with it on watching videos or music. It's the same if I use just the right one. It's only when I connect the two that this interference happens
They sound great, fit amazing and never fall out. I set them for Dynamic and 360•, and love them, but I have issues with Bluetooth drops. I have two sets and both have the issue.
I have one and zero value for money AirPods Pro with its inherent defects like inconsistent fit test. And there’s nothing I can do but live with it. Is Samsung Live comfortable to have on lying on your side between a pillow and your head listening to audiophile music?
I've read some people commenting saying it does have auto play/pause when one earned is removed (some said both have to be removed).. is this doable now?

Hi Brother Kenneth. Which one is the best between this galaxy beans and soundpeats h1. Soundpeats sound trash on my oneplus 7t and sound good with my ip 11 pro max. I previously using jabra elite 3 and i love it much but i lost it. I just bought soundpeats h1 and i just satisfied but not love it much like my jabra. How does galaxy beans comparison with soundpeats h1?

How does Jesus save a sinner?
From the beginning of the bible to the end, God has only forgiven sins through a BLOOD SACRIFICE, because he is a Holy God he can't forgive sins any other way, Heb 9:22 tells us, "...without shedding of blood is no remission." when Adam sinned, God had to kill a lamb in Adam's place as a substitue, In the Law of Moses, a Blood Sacrifice was demanded for the forgiviness of sins.
Jesus came to die for the sins of the whole world, he came to be OUR Blood Sacrifice, OUR substittue, he came to bear OUR sins on the cross, in OUR place. John 1:29 "...Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."
What must you do to be saved?
YOU MUST REPENT; You must change from unbelief to belief.
admit you are guilty, that you cannot do anything to save or help save yourself, and that you need Jesus Christ as your savior.
Titus 3:5 "Not by works of righteousness which we have done. but according to his mercy he saved us,"
Romans 3:28 "Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law."
Romans 4:5 "But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness."
YOU MUST TRUST; placing your complete faith in what Jesus Christ already did to save you;
John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:."
Salvation comes by believing in WHAT Jesus did for you, 1 Cor. 15:1-4 tells us "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, HOW that Christ died for OUR SINS according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"
All you have to do to be saved, and on your way to heaven is place your TRUST in the shed Blood of Jesus Christ and nothing else, as sufficient for your salvation, (Rom 3:25 "Whom God hath set forth to be a PROPITIATION through FAITH IN HIS BLOOD, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;")
(Propitiation means the act of appeasing wrath, Jesus took your place on the cross.)
Will you accept Jesus Christ as your savior by simple faith, simply trusting in his shed Blood for sufficient to save your soul from hell?
The last sentence is all you must do to be saved, and that is FAITH, not works, TRUSTING in what someone else did for you is the only thing that is not a work.

Everybody else are just comparing these tws with in-ear tws and not understanding that these buds live in particular are made for an specific market, the ones that dont like or arent comfortable with in-ear design. These still are the best in its category.

The sound and fit is great. Im just having connection issues. My left bud will randomly loose connection and sometimes both. I have a new galaxy s8+ that is updated fully. Im just frustrated and hope Samsung sends codec updates.
@@ektasix And I'm one of them. I actually already have a pair of wireless earphones, the Jabra Elite Active 75T, but they're in-ear. They feel a bit too chunky for my liking and it feel like shoving a pair of hardened cotton buds down my ear canals. I really don't like it and so when I saw these Buds Live, I really wanted one. We need Buds Live 2.
OMG, you're a genius and the first reviewer ever to tell me this. I've hated these as they constantly disconnected or went out of sync. Turned out I was pushing them into my ear channel. When I pulled them back to the outer lip of my ear they connected, synced and play amazingly!! You fixed a problem for me no one else ever mentioned in any review I've seen. Subscribed and liked!! Hi, I just bot them about 4 days back, having a real struggle with them. Unless I push them into my ear, the sound doesnt feel rich (it feels hollow, lacking punch). And if I place them the way he/you are mentioning, it feels like theyre just gonna fall off anytime. I thot these buds would seal the ear canal and deliver crisp, crystal quality (which it does, when used the Wrong way!!!). I tried changing the w/tips too, but doesnt seem to help. Feel like I totally made the wrong purchase and should have gone for something with a more in-ear conventional design :(

After 2 years that this was released, I finally bought it because I switched to Samsung. All I can say is you are absolutely right - If you hate it, you are doing it wrong. This half in ear is the best bass I have ever used after Airpods 2. Awesome review as always. (Yes, I'm 1 year late. Lol)

I've been using them for 8 months and love them for their comfort and sound quality especially its bass. I can wear them for hours and forget they're even there even if I'm not listening to anything. Your ears are clearly shot to bits
I bought them almost directly after I found out about them. Up to now I only used some nice chi-fi earbuds and IEMs, and they're all great, but these Live's are just best of all worlds. Amazing sound, while at the same time not losing connection to the outside world. I can easily have IRL conversations while wearing them, no problem. The noise cancellation is bizarre, when I'm in the train it's like the train's engine and airco are suddenly turned off and I get this eerie silence, while I can still hear people talk easily. I love it! Although I would've like an option for full spectrum cancellation too.
Anyway, the main reason I found them was because I was looking for good earbuds that also had really good microphone quality for calling or, online meetings. This may not be important to everyone, but it's nice to know that in that aspect these earbuds are amazing too. Microphone quality is top. There just doesn't seem to be a downside to these things. Very happy with them and I probably won't be using any of my other buds much anymore, if at all.

I know this video is uploaded 3 years ago,but i got the buds live last year as a free gift when i bought the S23 ultra, and i just put them in my drawer after trying them once. I ride bike wherever i go,to work,to shop,around the world? I started to use earbuds that has ambient mode because i keep missing calls and at the same time i want to hear my surrounding too. Its dangerous to use ANC while on the road especially when you are riding bike or walking.
So i bought the Realme Buds 2 Neo when it first came out and it works for me. Then i saw the Sony XM4 in sale,from RM 1.2k drop down to RM650 and i quickly bought it before it raised up again as i wanted those for so long. I have the WH 1000 XM4 already so i got both headphones and the buds. The sound is excellent and the ambient mode is excellent too,no doubt. The problem is it is big so it sticks out your ears and plus it is using foam tips so when you wear a helmet it is in the way. After some time using thinking then i remembered i got the buds live. I tried and boy this is the thing that i dont know i needed for a long time. I can take calls,listen to podcast when im in long ride,listen to my surrounding without ambient mode which uses more battery,wear and take off my helmet without buds falling off,good comfort,still talk to people like normal. So good. Im loving this damn thing. For riders,i recommend these buds live it is the best for you. Try it and you wont be going for a ride without it.
I've had my beans for about a month now, and I was having an issue with the wingtips. the small size feels too loose, and the bigger size feels uncomfortable after a little while. I'm not sure if I'm not positioning them correctly or something like that. I recently ordered the 'protective sleeves. along with the smaller wingtips, my beans fit my ears PERFECTLY now!!!

@@laelisa_ mine didn't I ended up having to take mine off I have very small ears and they helped tremendously with fit but the only drawback is if the sleeve slips to the side you can't hear anything but once you get it dialed in and comfy im a happy happy girl makes grocery shopping more enjoyable for sure!!! At first I simply had to get them because I can't deal with the more plug like designs burrowing into my ear.
Now I know they're actually good devices contrary to what people say on the internet.
The one that sold me is how well they perfectly fit my ears. And I don't care about the noise canceling as long as it fits my ear without falling out. With decent quality music. I'm all for it.
There is an option for not canceling out external sounds I have it like that and it's perfect

Great review! I really like design of the earbuds only sound leakage was biggest downside and why I'm skipping these buds. Everything else almost perfect including price.

Yeah, I've been in live with my buds live ever since I got them back on launch week. Their bean shape makes them so damn comfortable and the ANC is actually fine imo. Hopefully more people buy it so its frowned upon by the apple fanboys. I'm getting tired of my friends thinking I'm dumb for getting "android airpods"

Thank you for this video! I just got these because my other wireless ear buds were skull candy ones and they HURT my ears and the silicone bit that is supposed to keep the buds in my ears would slip off the buds constantly even when I wasn't talking or moving.
I have small ears so in ear buds typically hurt my ears, so I was excited to try these and at first I was frustrated because after a little bit these buds hurt me ears and so I found your video looking for a solution.
Thank you so much for the review, it made me realise I was treating these like IN ear buds instead of where they should be, I will say it feels weird, like the buds are going to fall off my ears and yet I can shake my head and exaggerate jaw movements and they sit perfectly in my ear, its just gonna take a bit of time to get used to this feeling and not worry that they are going to fall out- because they have been designed not to fall out and to sit barely in the ear.
Bought this one 3 months ago and I saw this, I can Say I have made a right decision. This indeed sounds great and exaxtly what have you said in this video. I also like its looks and being unique among other TWS. Its different in a way.

I read reviews that they don't hold in sound. I didn't experience that problem. I tested a pair of Galaxy Buds Live few weeks ago and passed on buying them because the volume was extremely low compared to some jlabs I was using. Yesterday I noticed that the problem was with my phone not the earbuds. I connected a Bluetooth speaker to a different phone and noticed it was much louder than on my phone. So I had to download a volume booster app and it solved the low volume issue. I went and bought the Lives this morning and am thoroughly satisfied with everything about them. Only thing I don't like is how you can't mix the long touch controls. Using volume will automatically set volume to the other. I was trying to mix two different settings but they won't let you. But I have a workaround. The widget lets me turn noise cancellation on and I can use voice control for my assistant. I wanted to use long touch for assistant and volume down. So now I can keep volume on the buds use widget for noise cancellation and say ok Google for assistant. Not quite perfect but no major issue.
They are extremely comfortable. The jlabs start digging in you after awhile. The round contours on these won't allow them to dig into your cartilage like most other buds. On the back side of the jlabs I would have to lift them up so they're not resting directly on the ear after so long of wearing them. Not major pain but noticeable and something I could do without. And the buds start losing grip once you get sweaty and a little wax starts creeping down. Makes them easier to slip out. These beans DO NOT MOVE no matter how sweaty you get. They don't rely on anything sticking in your ear canal for support. They naturally fit and comfortably rest in the contours of anyone's ear.
As for the sound it is awesome. The jlabs would get inconsistent sound with songs with lots of sounds or heavy bass. These things sound amazing no matter what I throw at it. And the sound is much more crisp and clean than the jlabs. I wore them walking down the street and was not bothered by any sound leaking in. I was worried about this after reading several reviews so I guess my ears are the perfect fit for these things. Which is great because I've always had issues with keeping buds in my ears. These new in ear buds are much butter staying in place but as I said before getting sweaty can make them easier to slip out. But these beans otoh do not budge no matter how much you shake or how sweaty you get.
The jlabs also had terrible touch response. The touch response on these is perfect for all purposes of intent.
I love the galaxy buds live because they don’t hurt my ears, since you aren’t shoving buds INTO your ear. These stay just out your ear canal where it won’t cause discomfort due to air pressure, or hurting ears due to direct sound inside . LOVE THEM!

Even after months, I still find its design very interesting but kudos to them for not copying Airpods design to achieve the same open style experience. Really want to try it out but the display in their showrooms mostly tied to security cable, ugh. But, tbh I think my Buds+ is still the better all-rounder, for cheaper price too.
One thing I don't understand is why they cannot put the volume control using accelerometer option like Buds+, I really love it, truly game changer for me. Good video 👍🏼

Kenneth, YOU NAILED IT on this video. I've used the Buds live for a few months and I'm extremely happy with them. They give what you say. The greatest bass for an open ear design but not only that. It's what I call a strong, sweet "wet" bass. I have many other headphones and earbuds wired and wireless and the "swettness" of this bass is incomparable. Bc I liked them so much I bought the galaxy buds pro which are great also in everything but have a super deal breaker which is their design. They don't stay in my ears, I have to be fixing them every couple of minutes or every time I talk or move my mouth or they will fall. I'm waiting for a good succesor to them. The Buds 2 don't have the same quality. Thanks Kenneth.

Something nobody really talks about is the fact that for anyone with small ears the Lives will push on the cartilage of the ear and be uncomfortable after a while. I must have the smallest ears because people around me tried them and they fit like a glove so I was so sad to be sending them back. The design is great and I was really looking for a non in-ear bud

I have small ears and almost returned these. I switched to the larger silicone pads (thanks to advice from another video) that explained the larger pads give better cushion - he was right! I haven't had an entire day with this change, but the time I tested, it's been comfortable.
Thanks about the tip for pairing to different devices. There is 2022 version on sale now which means 'younger batteries' compared to the 2020 version.

the earbuds don't hurt inside my ear they hurt the top of my ear and only on the left side i've tried so many different positions but i have not been able to find a comfortable one yet after a week

Gave these a go. I can definietly appreciate how good they sound. But for my ear anatomy it just doesn't work. If I wear those as intended, the sound is sort of cut-off, because the nozzle(?) is partially covered by my ear. I have to shove them in to get them to sound right. If I do so the comfort goes out of the window. My 2 cents - if you can get a free return, go for it. If not, I wouldn't risk it.

ANC is so important for me, as im sensitive to noise. Can they cancel out radio bass, car radio and tv noise?

I have received my Galaxy Buds Live and well, I am dissapointed. Especially with the sound over which everybody went crazy. I ain't an audiophile but this just does not sound good AT ALL. My main weight is on the shape and comfort which also lacks the expectations. I could live with the comfort if the sound was better but both being below expectations, this will go back to where it came from. Otherwise it's neat and there is nothing wrong about your review. I loved it!

I argued and warned people on headfi about the fit for this GBeans when it just released. I told them don't shoved it like a regular iem because we are so used to do it. I also use the normal EQ on the wearable app. Still using the beans until now. Subscribed!

I can answer on regular call but can’t answer on apps call like WhatsApp call or Messenger call. It works fine with my iPhone but it’s not working with my android.

Those earbuds really changed my life,i found it cheap close to 50 euro and i was thinking if i should buy the pro or live,maybe pro is the better merchandise but live too are very good and cheap now and are very beautiful and it fits so good in my ears :)
Hi, does anyone facing connectivity issues ? When I pair them with my laptop it seems like they lagging even from 1 meter distance. (maybe it's my laptop which is 10 years old).
Also I'm having problems when listening to music or talking with someone when my phone is in a back pocket (left earbud wants to disconnect). Also Samsung states that listening range is almost 20 meters. It's even hard to get 5 meters at home also if I would cover my ear with a hand, earbud immediately disconnects. Has anyone dealt with similar problems ?

Please help me. When I put the two Galaxy buddy life together. The left side auto turns off, even if I turn it on, in a matter of seconds it turns itself off. I've tried everything. The batteries are fine. I know that, because if I connect only the left earphone, I can spend hours with it on watching videos or music. It's the same if I use just the right one. It's only when I connect the two that this interference happens

They sound great, fit amazing and never fall out. I set them for Dynamic and 360•, and love them, but I have issues with Bluetooth drops. I have two sets and both have the issue.
I have one and zero value for money AirPods Pro with its inherent defects like inconsistent fit test. And there’s nothing I can do but live with it. Is Samsung Live comfortable to have on lying on your side between a pillow and your head listening to audiophile music?

been using since 2021 now its 2025 and im still shock by the sound quality and durability. I have drop these buds a lot for the last years aslo and it still surviving till these day, such a great piece of tech

Hi Brother Kenneth. Which one is the best between this galaxy beans and soundpeats h1. Soundpeats sound trash on my oneplus 7t and sound good with my ip 11 pro max. I previously using jabra elite 3 and i love it much but i lost it. I just bought soundpeats h1 and i just satisfied but not love it much like my jabra. How does galaxy beans comparison with soundpeats h1?
Depends on ear size, bought the Live, they kept falling out. I returned them and got the buds Plus, much better fit
