The Villars' housing development is way way overpriced but sub standard. How on earth are people still buying their houses I can't understand. My OFW niece who's a single mom tried but there were many problems with paperwork etc. and unprofessional staff that she was forced to let it go after paying mortgage for nearly two years.😢

Perhaps the biggest investment Elon Musk could venture into the Philippines is to link the three main big islands of Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao by high speed train if it is viable.

I dont think that musk plan for the phil will have bad impact in fact it will have a great help to the phil why singapore very small country and highly urbanized but have good leaving good condition have very good supply of water even do not have water resources like phil have plenty water all around but in our home water is rationed sometimes no water no pressure. This is on point, another reason is our untapped natural resources, they needed it for lithium batteries and its cheaper to mine it here as we don’t have advance tech as other countries their proposition would look very enticing in the surface but really undermining Philippines from it’s real potential for the country and its people.
