My mod pack would turn my controller off in the middle of the game and when i turn it back on the mod pack would be unresponsive but the lights still on it did this the day after i got it until yesterday when it just stopped working in all i got this about 2 weeks ago. Please help.
You might have a defected one, if you got it 2 weeks ago you can still get a replacement or your money back (depending on where you got it from) this could be caused by a short, so not much you can do. Hope this helps
So since the device goes in the battery slot does that mean it has a batterys inside of the device or does the provided cord that you plug into the Xbox and controller end up powering the controller?? Please lemme know
Patrick Dowhayko The mod pack does not have batteries inside, you’ll need to plug the cord from the Xbox to the controller. That way it’ll be powered up 😉👍🏽

If you have a headset that is wired and plugged in and you're in a party with friends. Do they hear a constant humming sound while the mod pack is plugged in? It usually happens when my rechargeable battery pack is plugged in while I'm in party chat and playing. Just curious if this works the same way.
Do you have to master reset it to unassign buttons? For example in apex legends I mapped D-pad Up (the heal wheel) to my right paddle, but it actually got in the way too much while trying to play and accidentally healing mid fight.
These paddles help so much. But they are INSANELY fragile and in 3 months I just had my 3rd one break. The paddles are too weak and bend at such an angle that it snaps them after enough usage = 1 per month at my experience.
So I bought one but when I connect it to my controller, only the Pack turns on but the controller it self doesn’t, I have the New Xbox Controller (Xbox One S) so idk, please help

U also have to update the mod buttons and stuff
If you want it just for the paddles, there’s no problem there! If you want it for the mods mainly I’m doing a follow up video on how to use them and update them! If you buy it, and don’t want it you can always return it ;)

Are you positive you can use it wireless with a battery pack? Or if you have it plugged into a wall instead of an Xbox? I'm thinking about buying one (I have the PS4 one and love it) but if it has to be plugged into an Xbox then it will be useless to me. I've been trying to watch videos and look it up to see if it'd work plugged into a wall or external battery but I can't find anything and you're the first person I've seen even mention thinking about doing something like that. If you get it to work without being wired to the Xbox, let me know and tell me how you did it!

TheQueen FTW so when you get it there are two little buttons next to each paddle you will click on a button left or right one and then click on the controller button you want to replace

Yes you can, I use my paddles for jumping and for switching to build mode, and they have proven extremely useful
