    I thank you for this day.
    I thank you for my being able to see and hear this morning.
    I am blessed because I am alive today.
    You have done so much for me and I pray that I learn from everything I have said or done that was not true to my nature and self.
    Let me start every day with new attitude and plenty of gratitude.
    Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so I can hear from you.
    Please broaden my mind and open my heart so I can accept all things and people.

    Literally obsessed with Radhi's content! She's got such positive vibes, such honest ways of communication, and what a wonderful outlook towards life! She's somebody you'd want to befriend, somebody you'll want to talk to about your spirituality, somebody you'd want to accompany you to a spiritual retreat- and these, for me, are personal endeavours. Yet, Radhi builds such a personal connect with her viewers. 💛

      I totally agree! There aren't many people who I'd want to do those things with, but she's for sure one of them! I've been longing for that kind of in-person connection with people so I don't have to do it all alone!

    I love the disclaimer for mamas! I've made routine and practice a priority in my life as I know it makes me a better mother. My daughter goes to bed and this is the time I study, practice asana, mantra and meditate ect. I wake up very early so I can do these practices again in the morning. Of course my practices will be much longer and more involved when my daughter is older and I have time!

      Yes they look so much similar. Their eyes skin color and even face shape looks so much similar to me. I think it's because they are soulmates. I have read somewhere if two people are together since long time and are really in love with eachother then they start to look alike with time.

    I’ve been suffering for migraine lately then as my work schedule moved to 6am. I’m always lazy to get up. I watched your 5Am routine, and saw this video. I will definitely start and try this routine tomorrow and hopefully it’ll help me to improve my sickness. Just want you to know that you’re a life saver.

    My parents taught me so much as I was growing up. One thing my mom was adamant about was this: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. In other words just like Radhi shares in her video, eat light meals in the evening...light salads, soups, etc. I found eating a hearty breakfast in the morning, a lightish lunch and a very light meal at night was the key to a very restful sleep. And it especially works for me, 5’2, 104 lbs. if I eat a heavy meal at night I have the most restless sleep. 😊 I love these wonderful, very educational and inspirational videos by Radhi and her fantastic and equally brilliant husband Jay. Such a great team!

    Ure like my best kept Secret to sanity. These routines have allowed me to take away something that can make my life more powerful. Being a mum & trying to keep sane and make time for myself is important for me to give back to my family & the work I do. So thank u for the guidance.
    Always loved Jay’s work and ever since I discovered u. I understood the beautiful effect u have on anyone. I look for u when I just need a lil perk up..     The Milk drink Radhi made is called Moon Milk, just incase someone was wondering what name to search for, to find the recipe online.
    I tried making it too using this recipe :
    Boil 1 cup milk with a pinch of Nutmeg powder, pinch of Cardamom powder, and a few dried Rose petals.
    Boil this for a few minutes (I let it boil for around 6-7 mins until it got a little thick) and then pour this mixture into a glass and add 1tsp honey and drink warm.
    This drink made me feel drowsy in minutes.Totally worth a try!

    You are so right... lack of evening routine can definitely affect your mornings. As a mom my time is limited but i like to take a few mins at the end of the day and sip on some chamomile tea in peace and quiet

    I am a undergraduate student and with everything being online. I find it difficult to destress before going to bed due to school where I have a lot of assignments I end up compromising my sleep.
