Dr. Axe, when I started my healing journey 14 years ago from MS, I have now finally determined that you really can't eat out anywhere. I make all my food homemade at home now and it is so much better and I've never felt better! I just turned 50 and have never felt better 😊

You are so wonderful to listen to Dr Axe. Been watching you for years I'm 62 healthy active. No meds. I walk every single day Work part time 8-9 hrs sleep no problem. I am disciplined never been overweight. I watch the type of foods I eat. My mother 88 Healthy active no meds at all sleeps 9 hrs nightly. Has a great church and social gatherings because she lives in a cute village. Still drives helps people a lot. But she doesn't watch her foods. She will eat about anything except a little of it. It blows my mind

My husband just found out that and he has a bad bacteria. That he's had since he was 8 years old. He thought it was just Ib. S, but it was not. We both have a lot going on, but we follow you and we eat your meals and mark. Hyman's meals and we see a function medicine. Doctor trying to get my parents on the same, but they are very stubborn. My dad has a lot of health issues and as well as my mom.
    They're 77 years old.
Thank you for what you are doing

I make frozen treats with one jar (16) oz almond butter, 1/2 cup organic cocoa, 1/2 to 1 tsp stevia, 1/4 cup raw honey. Hand stir and drop in small muffin cups and freeze. Serve still half frozen.

I use to love eating tortilla chips in a Mexican restaurant. I couldn’t stop eating them. Then I heard they typically fry them in seed oil and not only that…they recycle the oil and use it over and over. I’m sure the same is true for donuts. Now I wouldn’t touch either with a ten-foot pole.

Tomatoes are my #1 joint trigger for inflamation (arthrite). I took them from my diet and no pain on my hand fingers so far! Unless I eat something with tomato sauce. Thank you, dr. Axe, for inform me on how to axe my pain!

No margarine until I left home. My parents went through war rations during WWII on eggs, butter, bread, sugar, flour, etc. Mom refused to have margarine in the house because war margarine was nasty!♥️🇨🇦

      Margarine is still bad!
      Use real butter only.
There's research that says margarine is once molecule away from plastic? 😮🙄

My mother always told us margarine was poison and we never ever had it. She always questions the waiters to ask if they use real butter or margarine lol

I have a question though. You mentioned using honey in tea. Doesn’t heating honey change the structure of it and basically brings it to the level of white sugar?

Milk... I just found out this has been my Kryptonite.🤔😊 I don't know if something changed in Milk or what they are dosing cows with or feeding them but Fairlife caused the most allergic reaction, A2 Milk less but still. Feel Awesome without it.

its because of the proccessing the oils go thru to be refined, they all 100% are rancid at the end before they are even bottled. By the time you get the oil at home or a resturant and cook in it the rancid oil will cause inflamation and then disease. always cook in tallow or butter.

At 9:51 It sounds like you said, "organic processed meat is terrible." Did you mean non-organic or are all processed meats terrible? For example, organic hot dogs and bacon.
