While toy story 4 was good and yes, I did get emotional at the end. I still believe that it’s a film that didn’t need to exist. The toy story trilogy had a perfect ending with the third film. Andy went to college and the toys found a new owner so they won’t be thrown out. Maybe we could have gotten adventures with the gang in the form of a TV show or a Disney + series or something like that. I did enjoy the 4th film but in my opinion, we didn’t need it.
That ending was nothing we saw coming. The cowboy doll we had grown to love so much over the years abandoning his friends, looking for a new future. These movies really dive into many concepts for the toys. Particularly the studio-wide theme of plots revolving around obsolescence.
Fun fact: Wayne Knight voices Zurg in the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command cartoon. Tim Allen was also Buzz for the pilot movie, but is replaced with Patrick Warburton for the series.
Gotta love how the animation in the movies just gets better and better right up to the point where u can actually see grains in the green parts of Buzz's suit as the years go on! XD
So apparently, Disney+ will have a series of shorts called “Forky Asks a Question”. On Wikipedia, it seems like some of them involve cheese, the Internet, love, etc.
Yeah, I'm mad that they didn't add the rest of Andy's toys, but it could hint that the toys are in another adventure and that explains why they are missing
Tbh I think Toy Story’s story should be Over because even if they chose one side it wouldn’t be the same without the other if Pixar and Disney make another I’ll end up thinking that their juicing the franchise

Not exact, but I was 2 when Andy was 5 in Toy Story 1, 7 when he was 10 in the sequel, and was a Junior in High School when Andy was going to college in the 3rd. Even if I wasn't the same age during the movies' releases, there was still enough of a time gap between sequels where I was eventually able to watch each iteration at the same age as Andy before the next one came out.
