I sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 4 am. Then I do half hour yoga, then I do my half hour regular exercise and then I do my dumbell exercise. Then I have warm water and then I chew some curry leaves and then I do my daily chorus. I m 23 and I m enjoying my life in a discipline way

Yes.... And religion says to wake up for prayer before the sunshine..... Religion is the nature.... We should prefer religion bcoz science can't touch the level of religion....
I hope everyone will get the right religion to follow...... And there is only one religion that can protect us from bad deeds and bad things..... I was to away from my religion... But when I come close to my religion,i feel inner comfort....
But I get sad when I think that many good people are not in good religion.
