Cross Patch Bowl

This bowl was a lot of fun to make. It started with cutting a block of maple into sections and then gluing pieces of purple heart wood into the block. clamp and wait top dry. I then cut the block into the same dimensions and inserting more purple heart, glue and clamp again. Once it was dry, the clamps were removed, a bottom piece was inserted sand then a waste block with a tenon was attached. The rest will be seen in the video.
