It's stock internals don't want it to come on faster for the life of the stock rods. It could come in a bit faster but much safer this way. Appreciate the comment!
I have a 14 2.0T, CAI, O2 Housing, ISR 3in Downpipe, CNT Test Pipe, ISR ST Single Exit Catback, Forge BOV and Alphaspeed tune, and i'm pushing around 300whp give or take. For this power level you'd need bigger turbo, front mount, and custom tune.
Yes stock injectors, plan to upgrade them but would require haltec. Heard alphaspeed is working on software for bk2s 2.0ts to run aftermarket injectors.
@@PTheDon Yea I think you should be fine Haltech will help. Even at only 413whp turbo keeps pulling to redline now issues and if you're running Eblend its a cake walk
@@buzzlightyear2851 keep it away from redline. The oil pumps for the 3.8s cannot keep up with anything above 5,800rpms which is why I would go for the 2.0T and for the 2.0t say away from 400lbft of torque thats all the block can handle, the G4KF can handle alot of hp but not alot of torque. Also for the love of god do not buy the bk1 2.0T hyundai had the bright idea of putting cast pistons instead of forged into it in its first version so it's extremely easy to blow up during stunts. The bk2 2.0T is extremely reliable mine has 75,000kms with a cold air injen intake and a catback. I'm getting a btr tune next year to see how much she can handle.
how do you have your wastegate setup? ive been looking and it says that bk2 turbos have an internal wastegate but its better to run an external wastegate with a boost controller and i cant seem to find anything on how people have it set up like that
I have a external wastegate with the upgraded turbo. I have a T coming off the compressor housing one line goes to by MAC Solenoid then to the wastegate then other part of the T goes to the otehr barb on the wastegate. Message me on instagram @yaboyguichard I can send you a diagram
this is the best sounding 2.0 genesis and maybe genesis period ive ever heard.
fr
What's the most you've had a bk1 2.0t make on stock internals?
I thought you were a tuner, my bad
I want one so damn bad it's not even funny
im sorry but the turbo lag is hella insane. nice car though nonetheless. not a fan of 2.0T but this one doesnt sound like a honda.

I got a 2.0T 13, stock but the exhaust. How do I get same WHP? Do I need any typa kit or its just a bolt on & tune?

Running the Gencoupestore 375-BT turbo kit. Like Jordan said would need a manifold, bigger turbo, front mount and basic bolt ons
Stock injectors😳

Yo man I got the same turbo kit from Tim herher with 1000cc injectors and a haltech and forged internals u think I could reach 450wheel or more?
I got the agp 5257 from Tim not sure how big a diff that would make

Nice. What turbo?
AGP 5457
Where in ON
in Ottawa
so what exactly is a remote tune
remote tune is a laptop is hooked up to the car and gets tuned by someone else anywhere in the world because they can access the laptop remotely
stock internals can really handle this much ?
Yes sir plenty others making about the same or more couple years no issues
@@RspecGui so doing some donuts and burnouts for a couple minutes every once and a while shouldn’t blow up my engine right ?
@@buzzlightyear2851 burnouts yes you should be fine donuts im not sure

How did you keep the torque so low?
I think it was maybe the journal bearing turbo along with a bigger .82 AR housing a long with the EBC
Its safe for the engine

It's BK2 and yes stock injectors and OEM map sensor. They'll make 24psi on stock turbo lol

2013

Yea stock rspec lsd
What is T51R mod?
It's getting the compressor housing machined to make more spooly noises. Doesn't add power
