Thanks much Daniel. I follow your videos regularly. Learning a lot.
    1) How to help my 13 years old daughter to set her goals in life?
    2) Is it important for a teenager to set goals both academically and other fields?
    3) At what age generally they understand the concept of setting goals?
    4) What are the ways to make them understand if they are on right track?
    Kindly suggest.

Do you do 1 on 1 sessions for teens in the U.S.? Do you deal with teens with social anxiety?

Yes, I've worked with many teens in the U.S. and I've helped many teens with social anxiety too. If you're interested in the 1-on-1 sessions for your teen, please feel free to submit this online form: daniel-wong.typeform.com/to/a20ZzZ

My son would not take advice, went to football team first meeting and spoke casually to his coach, 'hey coach'...asked to meet about being in another team, about how little he could train, as he needed to focus on school this year. The coach did not meet him, training began and my son was left out of the team. He calls his coach but no reply. If he is not in an credited team, he has little chance of Sports college next year. My son refused our help to talk with the coach, saying he would manage it as he is 17years old. But he did not have confidence to simply go to training and see the coach, instead he kept calling him. Now he asked me to ask the coach can he be in the team and train once a week when school starts (not four). He has now missed nearly four weeks of training and two matches and is a mixture of miserable and blaming the coach etc. I've called the coach who said he would call me back that afternoon, he did not. I went to the pitch yesterday but he was not there, i'll try again today but I am not sure I can save this, I'm very anxious about talking to the coach.

I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like a really tricky situation. I hope it works out alright.
