      Can you please address the concern of not cleaning their room? I think it's important especially when you are renting someone's home and anyone's home in general..

    How about when they don’t do their homework and spend their time on mobile games? Can you do a video on how to handle mobile phone access ?

    Great video! What do you think could be logical consequence for the scenario you explain in the video with being disruptive in class?

      Thanks! I think it would depend on the unmet emotional needs the teen has which is the root issue to be addressed. But a logical consequence that's something along the lines of apologizing to the teacher and the class might work.

      @@AskDanielWong Thank you! Agree that there most likely are a root cause that needs to be handled and maybe the teen is insecure or have low self esteem and wants to use this method to get attention.

    • @AskDanielWong
      @AskDanielWong  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I guess that depends... are there natural consequences to him not cleaning his room?

      How’s that for a natural consequence. He gets to choose. These are his options

      @@wouldntyouliketoknow5342 If he gets to choose, it sounds like it would be a logical consequence, which could work too if natural consequences aren't possible.

      Any recommendations?

      Natural consequence would be that the room will be filthy and not nice to invite friends to the room. But I think a teenage room is not that big of a problem ;)

    Please think about the consequences of hearing about Judgement Day and not checking if it's true or not.

      I don’t understand how to implement the dinner example. Where do I put all the rest of the food that is in our cupboards and freezer? My teen would be happy to skip the home cooked meal and eat a frozen meal or Mac & cheese
