Critical Chance +100 should be 115%. Some games do it this way rather than ceiling at 100%. The main benefit to do it this way is so that you can implement a Defense attribute which subtracts incoming critical damage allowing the possibility to block some critical damage. Otherwise the 100% scaling would be too linear especially for end game
