In our new video, we tried to recreate Temple Run, nostalgia game with photorealistic graphics, we used all the graphics features of Unreal Engine 5 to show how this game looks in next gen graphics.
This video is made by a fan with limited facilities and not going to be a game, it's just a recreation of how fans imagine the possible game

For some reason the graphics in this make me appreciate the man's stamina a lot more
I think it's because of the movement of character. As it doesn't seem real more like a doll just running
I am more impressed that as more time goes on he doesn't get slower, just faster

I wanted to make an endless runner on unreal engine too. Then found out that it's harder than you think. I would have many questions to ask the person who made this temple run remake (especially how he managed to make the background randomized)

The lighting and everything makes it look rendered instead of real-time. Temple run is way more complex than just a cool infinite 3d scroller.
