Well hello. 1. Why have I not followed or watched THIS channel before now? I’m in love. 2. The Grammy swing - clicked the link, saw the two level one, added to cart. My little monkeys may break a limb but they’ll love it! 3. Lots of watching previous episodes to watch and so excited! 4. Still need to learn to properly knit so I can make a pair of socks. 5. Can’t wait to order advent yarn even taking number 4 into consideration!

I read the Shogun series books. I tried to watch the show on Hulu with my husband and couldn’t follow it as I was trying to knit. Just couldn’t keep up. So I get it!
The Measure was so good. I wished I had been in a book club that read it because I wanted to talk to people that had read it so bad!

We are a major LEGO family, so many big LEGO sets on display throughout the house. A lot of times the family Christmas present is a big LEGO set. Enjoy your fun Hocus Pocus set, I've been eyeing that one for the kids (14 and 11). I don't LEGO myself, but the hubs and kids love them, and I like displaying them.
Christmas morning my son and I usually spend hours putting together his new Lego’s. I love this time with him!

FYI - Hulu has Shogun in English dubs that is much easier to watch. There are occasional subtitles but for the most part it’s easier to watch. I am enjoying your more frequent podcasts. It feels like I’m sitting in the room listening to you two chatter ❤

Sue, we made a major move at the exact same time as you. When asked I say we were settled, unsettled, settled unsettled and again. We were completely unpacked and then the remodel started and now we are unsettled and packed again.

Oh Chelsea, if you like historical fiction, one of my favorite authors is Lisa Scottoline. Her book Eternal is fantastic it takes place in Italy. She lived in the mystery thriller genre so her historical fiction novels are really beefy. If you love her then try The Family. The Measure was really good however; it's like reliving COVID and all of the family dynamics that went along with that.

Finish the court series, I found the book you are on to be a slog but the final book is my favorite out of all of them!
