HOPE Tech 3 Lever Rebuild Master Cylinder E4 V4 X2

Tech 3 Master Cylinder strip down and rebuild.
HBSPC16T3 is the lever rebuild kit if you need it,
1 x Diaphragm
1 x Pivot Grub Screw
1 x Lever Blade Pivot Pin Circlip
1 x Stop Plate
1 x Stop Plate Bolt
2 x Reservoir Cap Bolts
2 x Piston Seals
Knipex 49 21 are the circlip pliers I use but you just need a set that can deal with a 3mm circlip, lever pivot circlip as hope call it.

Thanks. I'd just use the same DOT fluid you will be using for bleeding the brake.

Hi I've noticed my rear brake lever is wobbly and the pivot slightly moves any advice would be great 👍

It might be worth replacing the pivot if it's not new. I have seen quote a few of them wear down over time.
If it's a well used brake it could actually be the master cylinder body that's worn but this is quite rare for tech 3 brakes and I don't know how you would go about fixing that unless you can machine your own pivot to a bigger diameter along with the lever. .

Hi,
I do not know the diameter and do not have a seal kit here to check the sizes.
The parts are HBSP109 and HBSP108. They are a tapered seal.
