Hell yea brother, I've got an 03 ZR2 5 speed all she lacked was power. Can't tell you how many times I've been told to ls swap it but I went rear mount turbo and I love it
Where’d you get the kit from or did you custom build it? As you can tell from my profile picture I have a 98 ZR2 blazer and want to turbo it instead of ls swap it because with some other upgrades and a turbo I can make 300-400hp out of the 4.3 which is more than enough for me!
@@edsharps7395 his fastest time ever is around 10.50-10.8. Stock 4.3 long block basically, it has a good head gasket on it other than that it’s stock… even still the stock cam and valve springs. He has a pretty informative TH-cam channel. He’s a smart guy!

It was a completely stock engine. I've since put LS6 valve springs on it since it was floating the valves.
Facts I have one now k want a turbo with it and a flow master exhaust

@turbo_v6 How much hp is it running? Boost level and when does the GT3582 spool for you?
Not sure, it made 360hp on 14psi. It spools almost instantly, but I have an automatic with a high stall converter.
Nice truck these makes 190whp stock what's it make for you after adding turbo and ls6 springs? Any other upgrades?

No, totally different design.
The 4.3 v6 I basically a chevy 5.7 v8 minus 2 cylinders.

Pretty much. Transmission has a shift kit and a high stall torque converter.
