My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

Great workout, first time lifting dumbbells in a year so this was a perfect introduction back into it. I only ask that the trainer trains along side the student. We want you to be pushing and working hard which will push us harder to give that 102%. We want to see you sweating and cursing as well
I actually like it when the trainer is focusing on the audience and not doing their own personal workout. I really appreciate the motivation, glad I found this channel!
Hi ! Great circuit,strong moves... But ...emom crossfit protocols don't have extra break between sets,you only have what's left of the minute,right? That's how you accomplish endurance..💪💪💪
This is the 2nd time I do this workout and I had to stop after the second set taking a long break right now lol (might I add I went jogging for two miles before I started this but damn dude this shit kills me)

it’s better if u dont stop doing it as it demotivates the viewer and feels that you are hving a hard time doing whatever you are telling us to do. and also lessen the talkings. but still thanks for this vid. :)
