    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    My wife and I just did this. Our legs feel wobbly lol We are both laughing trying to pick up cheerios our kids dumped on the floor because it was so darn difficult. Looking forward to more workouts!

    Tried everything nothing gave me gains I’m Lean already but not cut , finally tried this for a few weeks months even and didn’t really pay attention to results but even my brother and person I’ve been dating see a difference came back for more thank you!!!

    I randomly found one 4kg dumbell and then found this. I did this last year 6/7 days a week whilst eating in a calorie deficit, but I basically ate everything except chocolate and fizzy drinks. It was mainly to tackle my back fat. I know you can't spot reduce, but that's what I wanted gone most, and this workout got rid! I put on about 30 kilos after giving birth 5 months ago and starting again tomorrow. It will be hard to restart, but I know I will not be disappointed. I don't even put on music or anything his comedy is enough 😂

    Love this workout. It’s a little less intense for me compared to some of your other full body ones with 2 dumbbells so I do this one once a week when I’m relatively exhausted out! Could you also do some videos with strength bands?

    I wasn't able to do some exercises. Mainly Overhead side bends (Due to fear of hurting myself,just simply can't do them rn) and the exercises revolving around the legs like squats (bad form but i can do them to a degree).
    But I'm sure i can do them at some point in the near future ☺
