Very exacting time for you … the spring is starting where you are and it’s begging of fall here in us.

Now is the time you get to live vicariously through us Southern Hemisphere folk. Watching all the US videos is basically the only thing that keeps me sane in WInter!

Very nice root system, the mycos you use are sure to of helped it fill every gap 👍

I think they must have, I really am going to have to run something side by side to see if these expensive products actually help the way I think they should...

@@LiveLoveCanberra when I’ve added to hydroponic system the roots take off and many small feeder roots fill all gaps. I put it through the strawberry tower last year also. There are a few different brands out there and some have limited range of variations in contents and others have a lot more.

I think your canary is going to come out just fine, I even left my sacrifical cutting out yesterday morning which went down to negative 1ish and it is still kicking

G'day mate those roots have gone off. At what time will you plant into potting soil or do you keep them in your loss mix. Just thinking of your fig farm in the future. Cheers

I never plant in a store-bought potting mix and always put together custom mixes. When they go into bigger pots I like something a little more water retentive than when I am rooting them, otherwise it quickly becomes a pain in Summer.

Lol you are heading into 6 months of joy as we head into 6 months of depression 😉

Our depression only lasts for about 5 months here and we get about 7 months of joy before mother nature gatecrashes the party with frost
