My favorite aerobic workout. Once I adapted to it I took the next step and started doing it only breathing through my nose. After I adapted to that, I started throwing 3-5 burpees during each recovery session. Last week I threw in some strength work in each recovery interval. Because my fitness wasn't on par the first time I ran through this, I took a break between round 3 and 4 for 1 minute extra, then during round 5 I knew there was no way I'd be able to complete burpees with good form, so I changed round 5-1 to front push kicks for distancing, 5-2 to elbow and knee roundhouse cover - then clinch knee and 5-3 to side-front-roundhouse kicks, it worked a charm and I was able to complete. Just come across this video and loved it. My MMA gym is currently closed so this is a perfect at home workout for when I don't fancy going to the gym and need a quick workout. Thanks!
Hi Nate., I started this 2 weeks ago and did it every day for the first week and now I am alternating days.. at first I could only do 5-6 burpees a minute , I am now doing 15 to 18 Burpees a minute as per last night..This workout is great..
I suffered a spine injury 8 years ago, which has made exercising and staying in shape a challenge. This looks so difficult, but I think it might be easy enough on my body to work if I can stick with it. Wish me luck!

@@alexthomas1137 Hi Alex, any updates after 3 months? I am starting this soon also!
Right here in lock down I'm on Nates videos HARD
You have the absolute best isolation home work outs on TH-cam !! And they've never been more relevant than now, no gym Nate is the only channel you need no need to wait for jokers to dream something up we've got a whole back Catalogue in tap
holy crap!! this took the life out of me, but I feel good!! did everything & pushed through it
Arrg.. I tried this for the first time today. 6 weeks postpartum and I only made it to round 4 lol I'm. Covered in sweat and shaky. Tomorrow will be better. Great workout to do at home!!!! 10 stars
When you thought you are doing well, comes the legs routine. Sweat buckets. Really appreciate this. Great video my friend! Subscribed!!
Awesome!
Respect ✊🏽
I do these workouts daily. Good exercise and getting knowledge on boxing
Glad you like them!
i do taekwondo, and i can’t exactly use these skills in sparring but this is my new favorite way to condition! great for speed and endurance, and my sparring has already improved!
Good workout. Those power squat burpees at the end was a nice way to cap off the wo and get the heart rate going, had me exhausted at the end
Thank you so much for this! Ive been doing your HIIT heavy bag workouts for a while now and i really miss them when im travelling for work. Sometimes the towns i visit dont have a gym and i really love starting my day with boxing. I have discovered these shadow boxing HIIT workouts and they are SO GOOD! No need to leave the hotel room to get an intense workout. Would love to see more with different combos! Cheers!!
Wow, was focusing only on heavy bag workouts. First shadow boxing workout and loved every second of it. Just as intense as the heavy bag workouts. Shot Nate, keep it up man. Love it!!!
I do this into a mirror twice a day and combined with a strict diet I’m watching my arms get bigger and the fat just fall off. Can’t wait for MMA gyms to reopen! Thanks heaps for this video!!
Still loving this workout... been doing this a few years now , always coming back to it , then you nate 👍🙏 x
Awesome session!!! Love shadow boxing HIIT!
20 mins, and i sweated like the entire time ibused to spend in the gym. Thanks a ton.
Holy Moses those burpees killed me! Awesome workout! Definitely got the heart pumping and the sweat pouring! Thank you!
The workout itself is incredible, but few things suck more than an ad popping up right in the middle of a round, lol. The boxing blitz and beginner shadow boxing series that I got from the website are great too.
Tried this just now, wanted to just give up halfway through round 3 but i just kept on going. Good vid, you got my sub!
Great workout. With Corona 19 restrictions our mens fitness group "Fitness 4 Blokes" did this workout via Zoom. Boy were we sore the next day. Prior to Corona restrictions we did focus pad work every Saturday. So very suprised how shadow boxing impacted our bodies. Keep up the good work. Enjoy your clear teaching style. Cheers from Melbourne, Australia.
Burpees totally gassed me up but I manage to do it....! Nice workout for 20 mins #respect
Good job bro! I just did it for the first time and got a solid and fun sweat in. Feels like the equivalent of jogging a steady 3 miles. Keep crushing it!
Very good workout. Maximizes 20 minutes. I pinched a nerve in my back about 10 months ago and my left arm still feels the effects a little. Definitely have to rest it from time to time. Any tips to strengthen this?
The motivation you give is incredible it makes me want to keep going no matter jow tired I am and I love that I am able you do it in my own home. thank you
Killer workout. Feels like an hour long of cardio. Plus it's cool and gets the testosterone levels up as well
Cheers sir! Thanks for the work
My pleasure!
Solid work out as usual! These have been lifesavers instead of me going down to my freezing garage for the heavy bag in the winter. Keep them coming, Coach Bower! 🥊🥇💪👊
Second time doing this workout in a week. The first time I could barely get through it but this time I’m stronger and faster. Thanks for the videos :)
You are just amazing sir these workouts help me improve my stamina for sparring
Bravo sir! thank you !
i randomly find videos from Nate Bower when i search for boxe training on youtube and it's always great!
Great workout! Really enjoyed the guided shadow boxing. Did this in the middle of winter in my 20 degree garage, warmed up real quick. Burpees at the end really got the sweat flowing. Thanks for the great content!
Master..!! Please make a video of dodging punches as well. The shadow boxing 30 was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
always come back to this one! thank brother nate!
Just brilliant from a 40 year old father looking to make use of time he has thank you for posting this workout
I live this video, it helping lose weight to get down to 170 to 175, getting my boxing technique down so I be the Champion of the light heavy weight class
Amazing style, workout and no music is even better. Just laser focus.
Best work out teacher. Thank you.
Best one I've done yet, I'll do this one everyday. Can I just say that it drained the shit outta me but that's the point of why I love it and why I'll keep looking at this video and do this sesh. Thank you so much, bless.
Best cardio exercise in the internet thanks man it helps me loose some kilos, lots of respect for you man!
Really good routine. Not too easy but achievable. Perfect workout. And that last 'plank' round is a real tester! Thanks for making this workout available. ☺
2 workouts today with you Coach Nate, 721 calories gone !!! Love it ! Every minute of it ❤
LEGIT!! Great work 🤜🏽💪🏽
Been living and dying by this workout throughout WFH pandemic. I only wish the ads were set during the 30 sec cooldowns instead of mid-session.
Thank you! Followed you this morning, sweating buckets!!
Peace peace!!! This was the vid I needed!!!
I suffered a spine injury 8 years ago, which has made exercising and staying in shape a challenge. This looks so difficult, but I think it might be easy enough on my body to work if I can stick with it. Wish me luck!
Goodluck
Finsihed this! Needed a good no nonsense workout to beat my anxiety! Thank you. Keep up the good work.
Sticking to inside workouts for the next few weeks. This was awesome!!!
Thank You soooo much!!! this 20 minute workout has helped me getting back in shape and I've lost some serious bodyfat in just a month!!!! ....
The feeling when finishing is astonishing
