These types of videos have been ace to work out with. Love watching your tips and techniques videos as well. Thank you for the work you've been putting in on your channel. Keep the workouts coming. Thank You Sir for this great stuff. We all learn so much from all your videos. Thanks for educating us the right way. Now that's very important for people who are starting off, not to get misguided or learning the wrong methods. You are so professional in your approach. Lots and lots of respect and love to you from India Sir. I am a orthodox boxer and I find the right hook to be very tricky. I would love to see a tutorial exclusively for right hook for orthodox boxers. I don't find one single good tutorial for this on tube. Could you share the links for your left and right uppercut tutorials. I made each person from our boxing group see your videos and they are all your subscribers and more importantly your fans now. I bow my head to you Tony. Love from India.
Wow!! this was a great video and a HUGE challenge. The coordination and creativity were super difficult and I sucked at it on my first go. But I'll keep at it and work on my shadowboxing to get through all 4 rounds without stopping to think on my punches lol
💯 Solid Dynamic Warm Up! Great starter workout. You can change the workout portion in various ways to get more out of it as you progress. But notice that each of these have purpose, make sure you are using the rounds to train/work on your weaknesses and building your strengths.
Great training! I combined it with the one you had with the girl (4x2’ plus abs), which I did with 0.5 kg dumbbells, and put together an excellent session 👍🏻
Great workout! I would implore the ones who use this exercise to also switch your feet. Something that my local kickboxing gym has do. I feel like it's helpful towards versatility and working out both sides of your body.
All I know is this damn workout kicks my ass. Can’t do 3 minute rounds yet- but will work up to it. I’m 5’9 180 and in good shape - bench 225 trying to get back to 315 squats and deadlifts after rotator surgery . But my son was killing me on basketball’ court - getting too winded. So trying this and damn.
I've been following this since I work from home and do it on my break/before work if I can't get to the gym - always working up a big sweat by the end!
don't focus on that. You shouldn't have to rely on one dominant leg to take all the weight. Everyone is different. If you're a massive dude then you shift weight different. ln general you want that hook to come from the snap of your shoulder. So you flex your ELBOW and kind of relax your shoulder until contact. The twist of your body along with a shift in your feet naturally will give you that snap. Once you get used to it you can generate power by just the slight twist of your core and the snap of your shoulders. Elbow flex.Don't rely on any feet to hold most of your weight unless you're a kick boxer lol. For just striking learn how to just use technique to punch man. Think of it this way. If you were floating in water...how would you generate speed and force during a hook? lmfao. keep it simple. Focus on technique man then slowly your feet and weight will follow you. It's kind of hard to explain. Lol cause some people have flat feet and others don't so they shift weight differen't. So that's why i recommend focusing on punching technique first so you don't have to focus on punching power. Which is why you're talking about where your weight should be :p

More to come mate 👊 👊
Love your videos. I have always loved the fitness aspect of boxing and the real workout it gives you - don't think I'd ever have the balls to spar, so I tip my hat to any boxer. These types of videos have been ace to work out with. Love watching your tips and techniques videos as well. Thank you for the work you've been putting in on your channel. Keep the workouts coming. Much love.
Thank you for this! I've been doing your previous 20 minute workout video and I'm excited to try this one next time.
I love this so much! Thank you so much! Your coaching is approving!
Tony makes everything look smooth & easy.
You can do this too mate 👊 👊
The Coach ..................Tony Jeffries , stay blessed.
Wow!! this was a great video and a HUGE challenge. The coordination and creativity were super difficult and I sucked at it on my first go. But I'll keep at it and work on my shadowboxing to get through all 4 rounds without stopping to think on my punches lol
the best boxing coach on the internet ❤️
Thank you mate, means a lot
This is a great cardio workout. For someone like me that isn't a fan of getting on a treadmill or other cardio equipment
This is what I need!!!

Awesome for a mid day break on work from home days! Good stretch in my 12 hour work day ❤
Loved this Tony. I did it yesterday & was seriously blowing!
Congratulations on 1 Million Tony! 😄🎉
Great idea mate using dumbbells to bring it to the next level
thanks alot, first ever boxing class
Great workout! I would implore the ones who use this exercise to also switch your feet. Something that my local kickboxing gym has do. I feel like it's helpful towards versatility and working out both sides of your body.
Thanks Alex and good to hear 👊🏻
Can't believe that this workout is working on my body like that
That's fantastic
Best boxing channel. thank you!
I appreciate that mate
love it about to do it in 15 minutes and have some fun get my sweat on. Thanks coach Tony Jefferies!
Enjoy mate, Cheers!
Can you do another one of these but advanced version
I've done this everyday after running and before work out 👟 thank you so much sir Tony
Caught up
I've been following this since I work from home and do it on my break/before work if I can't get to the gym - always working up a big sweat by the end!
Favourite coach and Favourite Boxer🔥😌
I appreciate it ma man
thanks for this type of content. Watching from Colombia!
Loved it.
First boxing workout for me.
Nice work Tony, I'll give this ago tomorrow 👍
Enjoy mate! Give me some feedback how it goes thanks!
Just did it, Thanks Tony and Glenn - I'm not a boxer and don't know where to put my weight with a hook punch? and videos on that? tnx
You shift weight from the back foot to the front foot, i think. I'm not a boxer either lol so make sure to fact check what i said
don't focus on that.
