Hey man, I'm a PT and gym owner pre-COVID shutdown of gyms. have been doing this workout myself in the garage and sharing your video - this bag workout is incredible. Thank you!
27:36 At the end of round 6 the workout where ur leg can't touch the floor that made me so mad because it was hurting my leg so hard but that anger that I had just made me stronger after that I just couldn't feel my legs no more Awesome workout Thanks man!
I tried this for the first time yesterday. I did legit MA for 3-4 years - heavily based in stand up striking, and was a member of Title Boxing Club for 2 years after that. This workout was proper. I was able to work up to a solid high heart rate, then cool down, but not too much, then back up. I feel it today, not horrible sore, but definitely sore. Thank you. Cannot wait to try others.
Love it! There are elevated versions of this in memberships. Since you've been in the game a while you can appreciate how legit these are! th-cam.com/users/NateBowerFitness
THANK YOU!!Since I can't get to the gym due to the COVID-19, I bought a heavy bag and found your HIIT Boxing. After two weeks of not hitting the bag, I feel energized again. LOVE IT!
This is exactly what I was looking for. Just got a heavy bag a week ago and have been doing little drills here and there. This 30 minute workout is something I can pop my ear buds in with and just go and not have to worry about listening for my exercise timer
2 weeks in, 6 days a week. Went from barely getting through the workout and doing 20 seconds on the final lunge to managing a lot better on the workout and getting through the first minute & 3 seconds of lunging. Hoping to get through it all in a week or so. Thanks!
@@kerrychen3015 well after that lunge hold, im just waiting for a doctor to come call the time of death. happy too see theres youtube in the afterlife.
Officially got my "Anger-workout" decided now! Never done so much screaming in a workout before. Thanks a million! 🙏 Maybe in a little while, I will get through the last part!
This is my favorite HIIT workout ever in TH-cam! Your voice coaching during the video is A M A Z I N G - it helps me to get beyond the normal level of stamina every time I do it. thanks so much!
Just tap it light and save your energy. That's what I do. Speed and stamina gets built up throughout the course that way. At least for me. Light taps then medium and even hard as hell hits on last ten seconds. Much easier to complete.
Heavy bag for me beats all other cardio, as a martial artist the combative training keeps me engaged...great workout bro, love the audio feedback and encouragement
Not optimal to do this after a lift session imo unless you take in calories at a surplus unless you do this every other day and depending on your muscle gain goals.
Omg...the heavy bag is the new love of my life!!! How many times should I do this per week? Thank you for this. My first time was today and I am drenched in sweat right now
5th day on this. My days feel better. I’m tired at work, but excited everyday to do this workout after waking up. I’ll continue dropping my weekly progress notes on here. Still haven’t master the last part. But I will.
Week 2 I feel like I’m in a happier more active mood. Workouts are getting easier but I’m pushing more to make it more difficult. Could just be placebo. But I do feel a tad bit slimmer. Im doing a lot better on the last part. Note: I had a knee injury and am now cleared to workout more which is possibly why it’s a lot harder on one side than the other. Also Disclaimer: I do this combined with other solo workouts for about an hour a day. I saw someone ask that under another comment. Just in case anyone comes across this one. If you’re in it to lose weight and feel healthier (my reasoning) just remember to Stay Active, Eat Healthy, and Get Some Rest. Don’t overload your body and mind.
Sorry haven’t replied in about 3 weeks. Still consistent. Just no time to update. I’m in Week 6 at just about 15 pounds down. I’m very content with my results so far. This workout has been a great help so far. Definitely helps me mentally and physically. Again this isn’t the only workout I do, but it is one of the main ones I do, and would recommend it to absolutely everyone. 15 pounds in 6 weeks isn’t the greatest, I’m sure with a stricter diet I could do so much better. But I’m 15 pounds lighter and feel a hell of a lot better about myself today than I did 6 weeks ago. I will continue to update until I’ve reached my goal, and maybe even much more after that. Keep pushing! NonPro Tip: For the last part, if I’m struggling too much, I try to just sing a lot or something to get my mind off the pain. It helps sometimes 😂.
Gained 40 pounds in two years and have been just kind of messing around with the heavy bag with little to no results But after this workout I can see I wasn’t nearly intense enough with my workouts first one done and I can’t wait to see my future results!
Thank you my friend for these workouts. A neighbour threw a bag out in the trash which I recovered and hung in my backyard. Found your channel and been training for one month now. It’s killing me but feel stronger and fitter already than I have done in over 30 years.

@@lorenzosym1084 I follow this video to the t. So that bit of rest in between sets. But sometimes I’ll throw a mat down beside the bag and do sit ups with a ball - throwing it up towards the bag when I sit up, catching it and lowering myself down.

have been doing this workout myself in the garage and sharing your video - this bag workout is incredible. Thank you!
27:36 At the end of round 6 the workout where ur leg can't touch the floor that made me so mad because it was hurting my leg so hard but that anger that I had just made me stronger after that I just couldn't feel my legs no more
Awesome workout Thanks man!
Everytime I do this routine, when in the last 3 seconds you say “fight it!” It really inspires me!!
Thanks!
Thank you!
I’m doing this for 30 days straight I’m on day 3 wish me luck
Good luck bro , im on day one!
Good job!!
I think you just gave me a challenge. Thank you ☺️
Day 3 here also
day 1 here, good luck!!
I made it all the way through on my 1st session this morning. This is definitely going to be a game changer. Thanks boss!!!
This has been kicking my ass for the past week... I love it!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
LOVE IT!
Fantastic Nate. Almost 62 years old and this continually inspires me. Thanks so much.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Just got a heavy bag a week ago and have been doing little drills here and there. This 30 minute workout is something I can pop my ear buds in with and just go and not have to worry about listening for my exercise timer
Respect to this man when he said "cmon, guys", he mentioned ladies and kids too.
2 weeks in, 6 days a week. Went from barely getting through the workout and doing 20 seconds on the final lunge to managing a lot better on the workout and getting through the first minute & 3 seconds of lunging. Hoping to get through it all in a week or so. Thanks!
This routine nearly killed me, and I love it
Nearly ??? It actually killed me
@@kerrychen3015 well after that lunge hold, im just waiting for a doctor to come call the time of death. happy too see theres youtube in the afterlife.
@@NateBowerfitness please tell me how many calories do I burn? I am weigh 124 kgs??
@@stephenhaval6769 you can go online and see how much you burn a day , go to BMR calculator

I am a girl. I am learning to box by myself. You know... Corona.
Your workouts helpet me so much. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Goodluck and keep doing your best
Officially got my "Anger-workout" decided now! Never done so much screaming in a workout before. Thanks a million! 🙏 Maybe in a little while, I will get through the last part!
Ngl this helps pent out my frustration
I am a weightlifter and a distance runner and you earned my join with this one
So glad I found this vid. Workout whooped my ass....and I loved every minute of it 😂
Hahaha. That’s the point of all of this right?? 😤😤
I do 30mins treadmill then this for 30mins 3 times per week,”Yo Adrian,I did it!!!”
Thank you!
How much do you loose a week
This is my favorite HIIT workout ever in TH-cam! Your voice coaching during the video is A M A Z I N G - it helps me to get beyond the normal level of stamina every time I do it. thanks so much!
**Finishes last exercise**
Nate: “Now stand.”
Me: **Lays on floor in fetal position**
hahahahahahaha...😐
😂 same
First day... that was me at the end lol
When he says "alright now let go of the bag and hold it! HOLD IT", .... "are you ducking serious?"
Bro thanks man, I'm doing this 2x a day after a lifting workout since 2 weeks and I'm in the best fuckin shape of my life...
Not optimal to do this after a lift session imo unless you take in calories at a surplus unless you do this every other day and depending on your muscle gain goals.
NateBowerFitness can I do this even if I don’t have a punching bag
ms13-gomez gomez what if you do it before a lift session?
@@NateBowerfitness hey is this workout enough alone?
Like should i be doing something else, im tryna shred weight
@@anudeepkhadka6053 this is probably enough if you want to lose weight, obviously count calories buf you won't build much muscle with just this.
Me: This workout isn’t too bad like some of the people have commented
Split lunge: Hold my beer
As soon as I got on one knee my legs cried😂
Hey Mo, these routines are as hard or as easy as YOU make them.
Thanks!
Omg...the heavy bag is the new love of my life!!! How many times should I do this per week? Thank you for this. My first time was today and I am drenched in sweat right now
3-4 times a week should be good enough
5th day on this. My days feel better. I’m tired at work, but excited everyday to do this workout after waking up. I’ll continue dropping my weekly progress notes on here. Still haven’t master the last part. But I will.
Love it! Keep pushing for greatness
Week 2
I feel like I’m in a happier more active mood.
Also Disclaimer:
I do this combined with other solo workouts for about an hour a day. I saw someone ask that under another comment. Just in case anyone comes across this one. If you’re in it to lose weight and feel healthier (my reasoning) just remember to Stay Active, Eat Healthy, and Get Some Rest. Don’t overload your body and mind.
Week 3
Seeing results in weight loss, and can get all the way through this now. Even the last round. Still struggling a bit. But made it through.
@@TheTacoNinja809 another update would be nice. Hope you're doing well dude
Gained 40 pounds in two years and have been just kind of messing around with the heavy bag with little to no results
But after this workout I can see I wasn’t nearly intense enough with my workouts first one done and I can’t wait to see my future results!
Thank you my friend for these workouts. A neighbour threw a bag out in the trash which I recovered and hung in my backyard. Found your channel and been training for one month now. It’s killing me but feel stronger and fitter already than I have done in over 30 years.
YES!! It was meant to be.
Back into it! Solid start to the new year, thank you Nate❤❤
Happy new year!!
Haven't boxed in some years and weight lifting has really destroyed the endurance in my shoulders and punching. This was a killer! Glad to be back 🙏
Welcome back!!
I just got the heavy bag setup. Do you still weightlift with this heavy bag program?
@@jayfay786 yeah still weight lifting but i hit 5 sets 15-20 reps with the odd exercises doing 10-12 reps
Can’t believe this shit is for free, got a nice high and then got a great workout, thanks for this bro, new sub and im going to tell my fellow sparring mates 🤙🏾
I used to train to be a professional boxer many years ago, but wasn't able to go the distance. I haven't worked out like a boxer since then. Happening to come across this video and following it is almost like a religious experience akin to rediscovering my faith. I feel beyond amazing and an absolutely hooked.
Welcome to the Nate Bower Fitness Channel @Raziril. Have you done this workout multiple times?
@@NateBowerfitness Hey, Nate! Yes, I've been doing your workouts everyday now. Feeling better and better!
I've been stressed and thought hitting something might help. lol Thanks for breaking it down. Gonna order gloves now and try this out. Thanks!
Started doing this workout 4 days ago, plan to do it everyday.
I'll check in in a month to keep you updated :D
Dudefrihni one week in mate how you feeling? I’m planning on starting this tomorrow!

I do this about 4 days a week. Feels great. Great audio. It’s helped me a lot
Nice. You must be getting in SHAPE!
@@NateBowerfitness I really am! I used to get really tired midway thru but now I can push thru till the end. It’s a staple for me now
@@lorenzosym1084 I follow this video to the t. So that bit of rest in between sets. But sometimes I’ll throw a mat down beside the bag and do sit ups with a ball - throwing it up towards the bag when I sit up, catching it and lowering myself down.
@@NateBowerfitness hello, I have a question, between one round and another, can I take a break? or is everything continuous, if I can take a break, how much? Thank you
Week and a half in, i went from dying from half of the video and prolonged breaks to no breaks and finishing slightly out of breath. Progress is real
I've been doing this workout for a month and today was the first day I made it all the way through the lunges without stopping.
The lunges kill me every time.
Great workouts. We are doing the 30 and 45 minute sessions in my garage. Thanks so much
first video i’ve seen and this workout was amazing. i’m recommending it to my friends thanks for the workout💪🏼
I’ve been doing this workout once a week for the past 3 months and it never gets easy. I always push harder every workout. Glad I came across this video. Thanks!
The perfect attitude when Stepping up to this session. You gotta push a little harder every time. 🤜🏽🤜🏽🥊🥊
Love this especially in the time of coronavirus... as a newcomer, I would love a few reminders here and there on good form.
Just getting into the MMA scene and this has been a HUGE help for at home workouts when I'm out of the gym. Thanks!
Went from 83kg to 75 in 2 months, it's a great workout, even though I couldn't complete the leg part a couple of times :)
@Alex Aye I can, but it isn't the easiest thing I've done 😅
Smoked it! Thank you, Nate
Love these workouts and your voice talking me through it like you’re standing right next to me!
Jeeeeeez, just watching this is getting me tired, gonna give it a go tomorrow
Always tomorrow 😂😂 same here
The lunges at the end killed me.. when kept saying keep going you’re in control of your body... that hit
Wow, I've enjoyed it so much, to make it bit more challenging I wore a 20k weighted vest and 1kg wrist weight on each hand, that was pure fire! Nice to starting my day with plenty of energy. Thanks a lot for this great workout, I can't wait do the second part tomorrow!
