How is it so far
I’ve recently got back into boxing after suffering with mental health problems from my time spent in the forces. I have to say not only is it great fitness but it is also great for mental health as it has given me an outlet. Thanks for these videos as I use them in my daily training.
I was in a similar place dude and I can 100% say it saved me from dark places getting back into boxing, it’s an amazing journey. Keep at it mate

I’m about to start doing this. I use to do boxing but the place I used to go to closed down, and after I told a friend I used to do boxing and wanna get back to it, she told me about shadow boxing and told me to try it and she said that I still had good form so trying won’t be so bad. So super excited to start. ❤

Hello Coach. I watched this workout and i will definitely do this. It is not easy to find this kind of workout which is done with correct techniq and form like yours. I liked this. It is good for both learning boxing and improve fitness level. I just want to give some feedback. Maybe it would be better to do all moves with both right and switching left sides to work both sides equally. And if you can add some longer shadow boxing workouts to your channel too, for example 50-60 minutes it will be good for the people wishing to do longer workouts like me. Thank you and i wish you keep on making those great vids.

Hey Coach! Explain to me what to do when my leg starts hurting. 15 minutes into this workout my lead leg(left) started hurting near the knee nd as well as my left forearm. What am i doing wrong?
Maybe your stepping to hard or your stance is to low. Are you over extending your jab or maybe flicking it? It should feel fluid not jolting
