My first time doing a shadow boxing workout as i look to get back into shape after piriformis knocked me for six . Got a good sweat and i can feel it all over. Nice. Thank you for sharing this.
Update. Dong this every second day and my next day muscles are fine, and i can already feel my "fitness" improving as i find it easier to do even as i push harder faster and still get a good sweat up. My leg "springiness" is better. Reverse lunge was a struggle first time, now the protest coming from my legs is not there. Less twinge pain in lower back area on the sides, which was there and squats, ducks and slip and now is almost all gone. Like he says in his latest videos, this channel and shadow boxing are my secret at home workout now. :)
I been injured and out of hard workouts for a while- this was the first I undertook as a challenge and a challenge it was. Thank you for the heavy breathing, legitimate sweat and the tired legs.
