I like that Clair is disagreeable with Hayley and seems to be enthusiastic about reaping in her own monotone way. If this was written by modern TV writers, Clair would just affirm literally all of Clair's feelings and just be a typical goofball comedy relief character. It's so refreshing to see a best friend character who has a personality separate from the main character. Take notes, Hollywood Execs!
Ooh, okay, definitely upped the ante the second episode. Tremendous art style and animation. The writing leaves a little to be desired. But I'm excited to see this catch speed! Keep up the good work!
I love the 2000s style this show has, reminiscent of shows like Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Laboratory, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Robotboy, Fairly OddParents, etc. I gotta ask, where did you get the know-how of designing characters in this style?
