bronwynalexandria not really, i have a gluten free recipe with banana, rolled oats and egg (that’s the only ingredients in the batter, they are all very healthy) and then with a drizzle of maple syrup (search it up it has MANY of unexpected health benefits) and some fruit it all comes together as the PERFECT pancakes. i’d say it tastes better than normal pancakes. so no. gluten free pancakes are very healthy

I’m 5’2 and just his breakfast is my entire day’s worth of food. I eat clean, I exercise, I do snack on dark chocolate and pecans a bit if I’m peckish, but overall I don’t eat too much

I’m a type 2 diabetic and he’s hitting all the major points about proper nutrition! He gave me some ideas on food and where I can get my “good carbs” and healthy proteins. I loved how he mentioned how great it’s for the environment and all the wonderful things these sources of nutrients does for your body! Not everyone can follow a lifestyle like his, it took me 2 years to finally get my stuff in order, I’m still learning but it’s AMAZING how your mentality and body feels!❤❤

That's so true! I did think it was ironic since most fish is caught in extremely unsustainable ways (ocean trawlers, explosives, etc.). It's possible to avoid eating fish caught unsustainably by spending a ton of extra money, very carefully reading labels, and only buying from producers who say exactly where the fish came from, when, etc. However, most people can't afford to buy regular fish, let alone sustainable fish, so...

No. Not at all. 🤣 Nobody can eat that clean stick to your normal diet just avoid package products and junk as much as possible. Make your own food, and farmers market is accessible for all so maybe switch to buying your groceries directly coming from the farm instead of cold storages in big grocery stores who pack them in plastic. I'm not American so i dont really know exactly how the market works in there but where i live farmer's market is fresher grocery and cheaper too.
