I met Rob Lowe at a restaurant in London a few years back. I was very cool at the beginning but ended up a blubbering idiot towards the end, once it hit me that I was having a 'normal' conversation with Rob Lowe (growing up with St Elmo's fire etc). He was super down to earth and so polite and respectful! He even came over and said goodbye to our table which he really didn't have to . A good man! Now, I feel like some pizza and ice cream !
That went from everything he eats in a day to everything he eats in LIFE! I love that he's still gorgeous, that he takes care of himself and that he's still married to his gorgeous wife!!! Go Rob, showing how it's done!!!

My eat in a day diet is similar except I eat more variety of meat, fish and poultry and my diet is more diverse in general. But I'm a big Yoghurt eater, I love Fish and salads as much as he does.
He looks great for his age, looks to be in his thirties! Rob is personable and friendly, has a good marriage and two great kids. I love Rob Lowe. He’s a terrific actor, l’m way impressed!

Loved Rob Lowe since I saw him in star, as a teenager, in a movie called "Class" where his classmate, played by Andrew McCarthy, had an affair with Rob's mother, who was played by Jacqueline Bisset. He is representing my age group very well by aging backwards!! Rob eats relatively healthy -- like a real person -- to include desserts -- like myself. He is absolutely wonderful. 😎😍❤️💋💯

I’d guess he has a pretty rigorous exercise routine. You can eat more of what you want if you’ve always exercised. I’d like to hear more about the exercise routine. Cool video. I feel like more celebs should share this kind of stuff to help out their fans. Rob Lowe seems like a cool guy. I wake up before I go to sleep. And that's when I eat my first chicken breast and precisely one broccoli stock. Then I do my 3 hour workout from the bowels of hell. Then I grind the next chicken breast and broccoli stock into a recovery smoothie. Then I have breakfast w/ my family. I eat a chicken breast and one stock of broccoli. Then I'm on set, and I continue to eat chicken breast and broccoli stocks until I wake up, and start it all again.

It's absolutely insane for a man in his late 50ies to look this good. So I follow his advice, this man knows what he is talking about.
