I don’t know why he’s the first person to say that to you or you can’t see it yourself. Every time you make a tight turn it’s really choppy and jerky…. I have a DJI Avata 2 and dose not do that at all.
@@idahopulse Sure thing. Was my first video I posted on TH-cam. Need to post the tons of tries to get the footage and all the crashes. The one on slamming it in the back of my car in the garage downstairs and pegging it to the roof was the worst. Lol
Thanks for sharing. That was very cool to watch. Something to try when entering the backyard would be to slowly climb as you go to the rear and turn around while pointing the gimbal down to show off the entire yard in the house and then go back inside. Like you said there’s so many ways to shoot, just sharing an idea. Thanks for taking the time to show us.
Just one tip, making sure that your filming framerate is the same as your editing timeline framerate will get rid of the stutters. Also, filming and editing in 30 fps is much better for fpv.
@@Nottoday3033 it depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I use my cell phone, an expensive Sony DSLR camera and a drone for most of my real estate videos. If all you're doing in Arial shots than the drone will work fine
Hi guys ! Thank to sharing your experience. I'm learning to fly to, can you tell me if you fly with RC 2 in Manual or Normal mode ? Or do you use Motion Controller ? Thank you
I use normal mode and use the stick controller. You can't do these movements in a smooth controlled way with the motion controller. Good luck and thanks for the comment!
Thank you for the great explanation and the video. Did you change your contract details for FPV flying inside houses? I also love that you are honest at the end about little accidents. Did they make dings?
No change to the contract. If it hits a wall or anything it never does any damage to the home luckily. I also have bumper protectors on it which helps. I actually just shot another home last week that had vintage orniments on the coffee table for Christmas and the wind picked them up off the table which I wasn't thinking was possible. Now I know. Thanks for the comment!
Not sure if it’s shutter speed causing the choppy non smooth parts but may be the frame rate slowed down too much or changed in post where the speed ramping was done.
Yeah luckily not many crashes. Mostly I just bump something or make a mistake and start over so it looks good. Takes 2-3 hours total for most homes. Thanks for the comment!
Can you talk Numbers what an average price on Billing a client for this ?? Just ball park… also the choppy video comes the frame rate not being double timeline… example for ramping like your doing now should Be 30 fps@ 60 shutter… and drop on a 30 FPS timeline… Thanks and great video!!!
From my untrained drone flying eye, the house layout interior lighting for video purposes (in this case drone recording) seem to be not much if any issue at all in which any flaws could be easily spotted. I'd imagine that for a 3 minute production, how much 8nformati9n is one go8ng to retain that's go8ng to make a break a deal, as long as any and all clutter has been cleared away!
Great question. I usually only do this for my clients and listings I work on.. But I do have a few agents within my brokerage I help out if they need it done. Depending on the house size it would be $300-$500 with editing etc.
Were you having shutter speed problems? It's so choppy, hurts to watch. What were your video settings?
Thanks for the comment. I can't remember what my setting were but you're the first person to say it looks choppy. I appreciate the input
@@idahopulse no shade but its definitely a bit choppy, run the video next to a pro's indoor real estate video and you will see the difference
@@joshlyons1005 thanks... Yeah this was one of my first homes I filmed. Settings might have been off. Appreciate it
@@idahopulse great flying skills though, not easy to do.

Very nicely done. Could you please tell me are you using rocksteady, horizon lock or EIS off and using gyroflow??? Thanks

Do you own a camera? I want to start my own business. Should I just get this drone and nothing else? Or do I need to get a good camera also?

Did you lose gps signal ? Where you inside the house when you flew through?

What editing software do you prefer?
I use Adobe Premier.
With the avata do you ever lose connection while indoors?
Never. I filmed a 7500 sqft home and even then it never did. I just made sure I was positioned central in the home upstairs and it was fine
Great thank you!!@@idahopulse
Where/how did you get that case for your drone?
I believe it was on Amazon
what did you use in the edit to make it hyperlaps i guess
Adobe Premier
Good day sir, would like to ask about the gps? Do you experience 0 gps indoors? And how about the fly away?
It seems to do fine indoors. I've had no issues with GPS indoors. What do you mean my fly away?
Hey, are staying in one spot or walking around the house while flying? Thanks
I'm one spot. It's impossible to move around while flying because of the goggles. Thanks!
I assume when you crash you start over? Great video, thanks.

That house is not worth 1.2 million. 🤣
Probably right.. I think they ended up lowering the price to sell it. I didn't follow the listing after I shot it
