    So validating bc emotional pain manifests physically .. talking it out never brought me physical relief.. ❤❤❤🙏🙏

    Thank you 🙏🏻 Please consider making a longer video guiding on sleep advice. Vagal exercises are the only thing that helps me so far. My sleep seems to be demand avoidant.

    Ahhhhhhhmazing!
    I have been unable to get that awful instant panic mode to stop. I’ve been hyper-aware and it causes horrible surges of adrenaline. It’s been on 24/7.
    This helped so much. I’m looking to do your Vagus Nerve exercises, as well.

      These are also great! I love listening to your videos and I do some of this stuff.
      I am not sure if you thought of it but it would be great if you posted these on sporty or iTunes like a podcast. Sometimes it's just easier when outside on our phones to up the "added benefit"

    Hi, thanks for your video. I'm very new to vagus nerve exercise. After practice according to this video, near to the end I feel heavy and a bit sad ... (while imagine and scanning my body). I'm not sure is this normal? And is that means anything?

      You're welcome! Although, I can't provide any information on your specific situation, it's not unusual that when we engage our "calming system" AKA the parasympathetic nervous system through this exercise, it opens room for a wider range of emotion to be possible. Whereas before, our "defence" systems can block the space for these emotions. Wishing you the best.

    But I have been in a stressful place for several years (chronic pain, financial stresses, bad environment) and CANNOT picture or feel the calm places in my past.
