    Thank you for these grounding exercises. “Stay in Today” is a common A.A. Cliché, and this helps with that immensely. I appreciate what you add to this world. Namaste.

    I have been unable to get that awful instant panic mode to stop. I’ve been hyper-aware and it causes horrible surges of adrenaline. It’s been on 24/7.
    This helped so much. I’m looking to do your Vagus Nerve exercises, as well.

    Hi, thanks for your video. I'm very new to vagus nerve exercise. After practice according to this video, near to the end I feel heavy and a bit sad ... (while imagine and scanning my body). I'm not sure is this normal? And is that means anything?

    • @CalmwithKyle
      @CalmwithKyle  ปีที่แล้ว

      You're welcome! Although, I can't provide any information on your specific situation, it's not unusual that when we engage our "calming system" AKA the parasympathetic nervous system through this exercise, it opens room for a wider range of emotion to be possible. Whereas before, our "defence" systems can block the space for these emotions. Wishing you the best.
