    Just did this again . My breathing was tight to start on the inhale. Half way through much easier. Yesterday had tension in neck shoulders and chest.... this time totally relaxed . I'm so pleased

      Wow thats great to hear! The more we practice, the more our body can get used to being able to intentionally release tension.

    ❤ This practice was Right Amount of Time. Going slowly~ Inhaling Exhaling Holding Releasing.
    This is the best I've ever done- including most of all😊a soothing voice.

    I get nauseous frequently from my IBS and this exercise helps tremendously. I usually do the breathing in during the muscle contraction and exhaling during muscle relaxation also. Thank you so much for making this video.

      because I couldn't fine a long term solution ,councilors etc said I'd been through too much and was beyond there help which was terrifying so bless you and its not hard,it just need constant practice,fo

    There is a “breath” tutor said that breath should be in and out from nose, not exhaling from mouth. Somehow, when i am in anxiety, it doesnt work. Thank goodness, i found your video. I am practicing it each time, especially the beginner video one. ❤

      Thank you for sharing. There's lots of good reasons for breathing out from the nose, but we have to take into the context of where each and every one of us are at, and you're right, sometimes exhaling from the mouth can work better. ☺
