    Vegetables (tane) : kabocha, burdock, shiitake, shishito, eggplant, oyster mushroom, and chrysanthemum.
    Tempura batter : egg yolk, warm water, cold water, and flour.
    *Tip; mix warm water with egg yolk first.

      【Tempura batter recipe】
      Egg yolk: 1
      Warm water: 1/2 cup
      Cold water: 4 cups
      Flour: 4 cups
      Step1, Mix egg yolk with warm water.
      Step2, Add Cold water to *1 and mix.
      Step3, Add flour to *2 and mix.

      I think you must mean 4 tbls of flour not 4 cups, that would seem too much, also you use 4 tbls on your video. Many thanks for a great vid though, no talking and love the music.👍

      It's better to use warm water because it helps make the tempura batter crispy!

    For one thing, I think you may want to get yourself a cleaver once you are free to do so, as it is one of the more used kitchen utensil and an deal with a pumpkin much better than the chef's knife.

      Vegetarian means no meat. You are thinking of vegan.
