Do you guys have a cucumber kimchi? I tried the vegan one and loved it. Today I bought the baby bok choy and og versions and next time I plan on getting the daikon one. Didn’t see cucumber at the food bazaar supermarket in the Bronx Terminal Market and would love to see it if you guys make it.
