Do you guys have a cucumber kimchi? I tried the vegan one and loved it. Today I bought the baby bok choy and og versions and next time I plan on getting the daikon one. Didn’t see cucumber at the food bazaar supermarket in the Bronx Terminal Market and would love to see it if you guys make it.
Just brought some from Whole Foods. I’m about to try for the first time with white rice and Polish Sausage.
