The kill switch is easy, it switched to ground so 1 wire goes to the switch, the other wire bolts to the engine. The headlight is 2 wires, but it will only work if the engine has a charging coil. The motor I got from harbor freight doesn't have one. You can swap the charging coil over from the old motor, but you have to use the flywheel from the old motor as well.
I have a predator 212 on the way boutta put it on my ct200u a frame so excited lol
I have a predator 301 on mine. Can hardly keep the tires on the ground lol

@@TheNismojunky how does that work when the crank shaft on a hisun a 5/8?
Does the 212 vibrate more than the original motor or did the original vibrate more?
Seems about the same
Did you drill new holes on the frame ?
No, same bolt pattern
How did you connect the head light to the new motor
Need to see it
I wasn't able to connect the headlight because the motor I got doesn't have the coil for it. You can swap it over from the stock motor

Is it true the hemi engines blow up easily?
I stoke form, no. If you put a cam in it, you end up with clearance issues and can blow it up
